The continental breakfast was such a wonderful surprise. We expected the usual cold cereal, yogurt cups in limited flavors, prepackaged danish items, etc. To walk in to a restaurant setting and smell hit breakfast was priceless. Various breakfast meats, french toast, biscuits and gravy, eggs. A yogurt BAR where we could take as much as we wanted and add our own toppings. Chef Debbie was very personable as was her staff. Greeting you and asking how you are. My only disappoint was all the plastic tablewear and other disposable items that end up in land fills.

At least there is a bed to sleep in

Overall the room did what I needed it for. There was a bed and locked door. The lighting in the bathroom is pretty minimal and the shower water gets all over the floor if there’s not at least 2-3 towels down. The duvet covers were thrown on top of the insert comforters like a sheet.. I’d take your own blankets. The check in staff was friendly. The rooms are definitely not sound resilient..you can hear everything. There were several teenagers until atleast 3am banging on doors and rolling office chairs up and down the hallway trying to unlock the doors.

at first the front desk worker couldn’t find my reservation even though i had the confirmation number..had to call hotels.com 24hr customer service line..in the end everything worked out!!..hotels.com had the name wrong(Duncan) on the reservation and my name is London(which was on the reservation confirmation)

The staff was so friendly... front desk helped suggest places to go and services for transportation. The bartender and cook were friendly and we enjoyed the drinks and food . Comfy beds, huge pool and likely the best hotel breakfast we've had and we travel a LOT. In general a great option but for this price point it makes it even more impressive. Will stay again .

I loved the Best Western Plus in Strongsville Cleveland! This hotel is very large. The pool is SO big and it gets up to 9 feet deep while having shallow areas roped off for the younger kids safety. The breakfast is better than I anticipated also. The staff, Dwayne in particular, are friendly and competent. Our room was large and more than met our needs. It was a great experience and we will stay there again if we are back in the area.
