Very disappointing. It advertises a mini fridge.. it's there- but doesn't work. There is no fan in the bathroom... so there is mold on the walls and ceiling. The broken mini fridge was moldy. Its pet friendly- which would be great but there was dog poo on the hall carpet. The outside of the building is disgusting . Cigarette butts everywhere. Smells like a porta potty. The garbage outside and inside the lobby was overflowing with trash on the ground. There was one front staff guy and he was rude and not helpful. The phones in your room don't even work too reach the front desk. You had to go downstairs and hope someone was around. I was there for 16 hrs and did not see one cleaning person. I would not step foot in there again.

Very poor customer care service . I checked in midnight .The lady in the reception is a chain smoker ,goes outside in every 5 minutes for smoking ,never stay in the reception ,gave me a room which was already preoccupied ,made me up and down from the 4 th floor to ground floor in midnight multiple times as she gave the wrong room and the key was not working .When asked behave very badly . In morning breakfast hotel served the fruit is a mix of rotten stocked fruits with good one .So when took together all the fruits were smelling bad .Hotel with poor guest service

Very tired facility and area. Pulling into the lot we saw long term “parked” cars including those that looked to be actively lived in with laundry hanging off doors etc. The sidewalk from the parkinglot to front door was littered with cigarette butts and dog waste. At checkin a polite associate told us our room was unfortunately not ready even though it was pushing 5pm and so we were being “upgraded” to a jr suite. This was not an upgrade but we appreciated a ready room. Instead of a two room accommodation with separate sleeping room, we got an oversized slightly dirty room with a very tired pull out mattress. Getting to the pool, we found a very dirty deck with both trash and scum around the chairs. The pool was a little cloudy but my 5 year old had been so good and wanted to swim. After feeling the temperature and jets I could tell that the pool was not on and not circulating water. The skimmer baskets were all floating so no water filtration or disinfection. We got out immediately but no pool towels. When housekeeping came to restock we let them know that it seemed their pumps were down and they said they would “let someone know.” I don’t care how cheap it is to stay here, we won’t be back. Gross.

At 5:30 in the morning, what I was later told was the fire alarm went off and went off repeatedly for the next 30 to 40 minutes now I say what I was told it was a fire alarm I have been a flight attendant for over 22 years and as consequence of that, I’ve been through a lot of hotel fire drills, actual fires and false alarms, so I know exactly what a fire alarm in a hotel is supposed to sound and look like this did not happen it sounded more like a smoke detector going bad but very very loudly mixed with an alarm and the lights never flashed in my room. I was in room 410 when I went down to the front desk to ask about this, the front desk, clerk didn’t even take their eyes off the computer to have a conversation with me when I told him that one man on our Floor had not even heard the alarm go off if you have a fire in a hotel there needs to be no question whatsoever when a fire alarm goes off you don’t need to be standing in the hallway with people at 5:30 in the morning saying what is that? Is that a fire alarm should we evacuate really poorly taken care of by the front desk and when I call down, nobody bothered to answer
