This was our second time staying here on the way back from NY. Location convenient (is right off Freeway). Lots of restaurants and shopping available in area. Hotel room was clean. Breakfast was good. Only thing that could be improved was Lobby floor especially by entrance was wet and dirty from weather outside. Signs posted to use caution but perhaps fan to dry it. Could have slipped and fell especially carrying in travel bags. The floor was the similar when we left in the morning, was dry but still really dirty. Would stay here again> Can’t beat the price.

We booked the hotel for the pool for the kids. We were not informed by the website or upon arrival that it is closed for remodeling until April. The room floors were dirty and it smelled of cigarette smoke in the hallways. I also saw a cigarette butt on the hallway floor.

Pool was broken and unavailable. Even after calling to confirm it was open before making a reservation. Not very clean. Bathroom toilet barely flushed.

The pool is closed for remodeling until April. That was one of the reasons we stayed there. Work has been done on the hotel to remodel it but the rooms are kinda dirty and no stopper in the bathroom and a dirty tub.

After reading some of the previous reviews I was expecting some issues, but still booked due to location next to the hockey rink my son was playing at, and rooms at $45/night (on a Wednesday.) We were greeted with a cheerful and efficient front desk person, the lobby was nice, there were hot coffee/water machines, the elevators were fine, our connecting rooms were clean and bug-free, furnishings and carpet were clean, room temperature controls were great, all lamps and fridge and TV's worked, plumbing was fine, beds and pillows were comfortable, the entire place was quiet... I am still trying to figure out what people were complaining about. Maybe some rooms are more updated than others, and weekend nights are more rowdy, but I have no idea. At any rate, if you are staying mid-week, take advantage of the amazing rates.
