When we pulled up for parking, the person running it said they were backed up and not taking any cars for at least 30 minutes and directed us to a garage a block away. No offer to take our luggage. Once we walked to hotel with our things, we got up to check in at 4:40 to find that our room was not ready and have to wait. I tried to explain that we had dinner deans a concert to go to. I asked for a discount or another room and was told that I would need to wait to speak to a manager. When I did, he told me the same thing , then proceeded to offer either a lower level room (I had reserved a suite) or a $25 discount. It was really unacceptable. I don’t know what to do and said I would not take a lower level room and all of a sudden a room popped up as ready on his computer. When we got up there, it was still being cleaned (I took pictures) and when it was “done”, there were still used towels in bathroom and shower.

Do not stay here unless you check the schedule at Rocket Mortgage. We were blocked off for 1.5 hours from getting into the hotel because they change the street direction to 1 way and you literally can't get to the garage or hotel. When we called the hotel had zero clue how to get us an alternate route. When we told them at the front desk all they said was "yeah it's crazy here when events take place". How ridiculous. Will never stay again.

Location was fantastic. I wouldn’t say it’s dirty by any means but it isn’t sparkling clean, and room was old and quite dinged up. Would I stay here again? Sure if it was available but I’d look at others first

We were supposed to have a much larger L shaped couch. Only had loveseat portion. Bathroom was disgusting. Toilet not flushed upon arrival. Tub/shower was unusable (tub looked painted & paint peeling off) glass doors nearly fell off & was missing strip to keep water in shower. Very gross!
