I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Check in and check out were easy, the restaurant at the hotel has some great selections and the food is actually delicious. The staff were very helpful and thoughtful! Room was clean, bed comfortable, and the hotel is in a very convenient location.

No onsite parking but we took advantage of the valet availability which worked quite well. Staff was all very friendly. An unusual plus: Hotel had THE BEST shampoo and conditioner of all the hotels we’ve stayed in. Walkable to an entertainment and restaurant district, baseball stadium and Rocket Arena. Simply a great location.

One particular staff member at desk treated my husband and I rudely, incorrectly assuming that I went into restaurant and stole a cup of coffee. She actually chased us as we were getting onto the elevator. We had already ordered (and paid for) breakfast and coffee and I went behind the bar and got to-go cups which were in plain sight No staff available to help after a 10 minute wait. Cast a pall over entire stay. I won’t return. I hope the cost of that paper cup was worth losing a customer.

Great stay in a fun city

It is pet friendly, but $100 per stay, not good for one night. The staff is the best feature, they are pleasant, informative and responsive! The room is excellent, lighting was so good, TV was big and had all options, bathroom was super clean with excellent shower. The beds were extremely comfortable. Parking was easy, we chose the lot across the street, but their valet service is very attendant to each new arriving guest.
