Requested numerous times for housekeeping services but never received any the whole time I was there. Talked to the manager on two separate occasions about this and was told it would be noted on the account but each evening the room was still unmade and no towels or coffee. I requested an email receipt upon checkout and never received one. Very unprofessional and would have a hard time referring someone to this hotel after this experience.
