Will be my place to stay when visiting family in Cleveland. Clean, reasonably priced, great amenities, great staff, fantastic breakfast (free). Really comfortable beds, good WiFi, and all in all a pleasant experience.

Nice area and hotel, but loud people outside our room late into the night made it hard to sleep. It was too hot in our room too, even with the thermostat turned down. Also bathroom door was off the track and inoperable so we had to switch to another room after we checked in.
