Never again

The first room had ants in yhe bathroom. The second room looked like it was not swept but there were no ants. They provided towels at the front desk when asked.

We got a room with a pull out couch for a second bed for our kids and they didn’t have extra blankets, pillows, sheets or anything available for the bed. So our kids had to sleep in the bed with us. 4 people in a bed when you pay for the pull out couch is insane. There was also a wall in the bathroom that the paint was chipping on, not a huge deal just something we noticed.

Could be cleaner.

Grounds were filthy littered with cigarette butts and trash. No one cleaned outside the 4 days we were there. Room was dusty. . Asked for a coffee maker. Was given one covered wirh dust and it was dirty. Not enough tp or towels for 2. We had to ask for them. No remote in the room. We had to ask for it. Staff..... 5 star friendliness. Big Screwup from Hotels.com

You should know that this stay never happened right? I was almost at my hotel after a 7 hour drive and I received a text from the hotel stating that my confirmed booking was cancelled. They blamed hotels.com for not booking it properly because of overbooking. The weekend in Cleveland was horrendous because I had to stay at the Ramada hotel in the same area due to no hotel having the correct number of beds that I needed. So instead of staying in a nice hotel and room at the Extended Stay America, I had to stay at a hotel that was reminiscent of a jail. It smelled of musty carpets and marijuana. Hotels.com needs to rectify this issue and make this up to me being a loyal member for years. Hope you could step up and fix this.

The pool mentioned in the listing is permanently closed. Only one elevator works. I had to ask for basic toiletries for my room, they weren’t already there. Hallways smelled like weed. The free breakfast was granola bars, instant oatmeal, etc, nothing hot or prepared. My room was clean enough, the bed was ok, and the ac drowned out noise from other guests. Ok but not worth the cost.

it was definitely a nice place, the staff was nice, and the rooms were clean, everything went pretty well during my stay. They accommodate very well and it’s a good place to stay.

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. Waited over an hour in line to be told housekeeping had quit. Had to get ready to leave in the lobby and public bathrooms with everyone else. Checked in before leaving in hope of a clean room when we returned. When we got back there was hair on the pillows and in the shower. We don’t not have any towels to shower with either. Whole visit was a disaster.

Was put into a room that was not selected when booking. Booked a king bed and got two full size beds. Staff said they were over booked and would not make any accommodation. Trash all down the hallways. People yellowing and cussing all night in the halls

Horrible hotel & service

There was a long line to check in should have been the first flag. After they checked us in, we got to the room and seen poop in our toliets. Beds were not made and trash was still in the trash buckets. Dirty shower! We called them to clean the room left for a few hours and they made the beds but still had trash in bins nothing wiped down. Just dirty! There was also a weird traffic through the lobby of people asking you for stuff. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Never Again

This hotel had a pervasive odor throughout - maybe it was the cleaning products they use, but it was strong and unpleasant. The room had a different, but even stronger odor which caused me to be congested when in the room. Further, there was a noisy HVAC unit was right outside my room window, which ran regardless of my AC settings, and kept me awake at night. Lastly, because my flight was delayed I arrived at 1:15 AM to find that they canceled my reservation, and it took the clerk 25 minutes on the phone with some other part of the organization to figure out how to give me a room.
