Paid for 6 people to stay in room. Pull out couch, the middle support was Brocken, unable to use…. Even though I need to use it to fit 6 people in room. No cots available, and they did not care that I person had to sleep on hard wood floor. Also to top it off, for the pull out we were suppose there was no blankets or pillows in room so went down to front desk and they said they don’t have any pillow-there out. So I said you knew I have 6 people but we get 4 pillows??? That doesn’t make sense. Also, no blankets available.

Careful what you book!

I booked a room Deluxe Suite, multiple beds, which when booking it’s 2 double beds and sofa bed. At arrival, they said I booked a Deluxe Suite, King. Had proof of reservation and room booking. They could not honor it because they were “full”. My family of 5 had to squeeze in a king bed and sofa bed. Thankful it was for only one night! Will not stay here again…if you book just be careful if you need specific room. Also, no management on site to address this concern. The front desk attendant did make a call but manager was not at all helpful and didn’t assist with my concern.

Got to our room and had a king room reserved. They said they overbooked king rooms so we got stuck with two doubles. Then it was supposed to be a complementary breakfast and they said the food truck didn’t come so they didn’t have anything.

Only 1 out of 2 elevator was working and they never bother to fix it. Breakfast coffee was disgusting, only cereal bars. Fire alarm went off at 1 am and happens more frequent than people think. Room is just not clean, squeaky floor. Some kind of brown stain on my curtains. Room smells. The surrounding environment was nice. I would stay at the hotel next door…

Hotel was average at best. The “continental breakfast” was a joke including instructions to be sure you leave enough for other guests. Would not recommend nor would I stay there again.
