The location is situated far enough back from the main road so it is generally less hectic and still only a few blocks from Rockside--which does have a number of restaurants and other Hotels very close. Since this is setup to be extended stay, it has a large refrigerator and a small hotplate if you want to cook...although it wouldn't be ideal. There really is no maid service, you can swap towels at the front desk if you want. The hotel was clean, but not overall luxurious in the rooms. A few surprises, with only one person on the front desk for check-in, it took about twenty minutes to actually get into my room at 6 PM on the first night....that was very long. There was not a coffee maker in the room, and when I asked for one (on request), they were all out--so no coffee maker for three days...not the end of the world. Continental breakfast seemed more limited than other budget hotels--mainly a packaged muffin, granola bar, oatmeal packet and maybe yogurt....I'm not a big breakfast person, so it didn't matter, but just an observation. To Go cups and lids for Coffee were good--so you could grab some Ok coffee and get going in the morning! Since I had booked through the Expedia site, the Hotel required a separate $108 deposit via CC on arrival that will be credited back after 5-7 days....seemed a little odd...

The person checking us in was outwardly inconvenienced with our arrival, need for additional linens and questions. He was more interested in using his phone than helping guests. We watched the same behavior with the extremely loose interpretation of "continental breakfast" of a few muffins and a few granola bars. The "stocking" also seemed like an inconvenience. If this is how all of the extended stays are, we won't be staying again.

The room was okay. There was a lot of white stuff on the counter and in the sink. Looked like ceiling crumbles. The vending machines were expensive and the best one was out of order. We never saw any coffee or grab and go breakfast. We couldn’t get the air to shut off and we froze all night. Barely any towels. And when we came back at after the night out there were people partying in the back parking lot drinking and yelling. An okay place to stay but not great.

Okay for a couple night

Check in was quick and easy, front desk staff friendly. Kitchenette met our needs for a multi day trip packing a cooler daily, however kitchen sink water never got warm. Floor of the room was filthy, our socks were turning black on the bottom. Also we found ants daily in a third floor room, looked like floors weren't being cleaned well especially under furniture, old crumbs. Bed was comfortable enough. Kids were disappointed pool was closed. Overall, hotel met our needs for this trip but probably wouldn't stay there again.

The staff were nice and check in and check out. The floor in our room looked nice but it was dirty. My toddlers feet were black on the bottom from walking on it. The walls were also very thin so we could hear everything in the hall. This also made me worry that my kids would be heard very easily too and disrupt others.

I am beyond frustrated with my recent experience at this hotel. I booked a room three weeks in advance, and even called eight hours before my arrival to confirm my late check-in, receiving assurance that my room would be available. Despite all these precautions, I arrived to find my reservation gone and the hotel claiming they were sold out. This is a complete failure in basic hospitality and booking management. My confirmed room was nowhere to be found, leaving me stranded. Highly disappointing and unprofessional.
