I reported that the electrical socket on the bedside table needed to be replace and they took the info and entered it at the time of checkout. Room excellent otherwise. Restaruants were wonderful. Ease of access to Cleveland Clinic great. Concierge arranged for our taxi to the airport and it was excellent and on time and fair was reasonable.
