Great stay!

Tabitha was excellent! She even recommended great place to eat which we also great choices! Thank you Tabitha! Room was clean and hotel overall was quiet. I loved the fact that I was given a choice to have a room next to the elevator or far away.

The clerk who checked me in tried to charge me again after I had prepaid on Expedia because he couldn't find my reservation and I think they actually charged me more than what was the Expedia price. It was late and I was exhausted from a long day in the Cleveland clinic emergency room. He didn't ask for my confirmation number. and redid my bill and while I can't be sure he charged me more. He also asked for my credit card "for incidentals" but he should have already had my card number because I prepaid for the room. When I went to check out, the clerk at the desk now didn't even bother to look up from the computer to acknowledge me Even when I asked a question about the shuttle to the hospital , he didn't even look up.

Huge, friendly welcome upon arrival. Attentive to every little detail. Great property. Perfect sized kitchenette. Separate bedroom from living. Black out curtains.
