New fave in CLE! I’m often in town throughout the year and the Kimpton is now my new spot downtown (as long as the price is good) I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels in the area and this has been my favorite one thus far - room is spacious, walkable to good eats, wine hour a plus in the lobby, bar serves good cocktails, cozy living room area next to reception is a nice spot to relax… all in all highly recommend

We liked the hotel. Our room was a nice size. The bathroom was quite nice. However, we could not get the room warm enough, even after turning the thermostat all the way up. It improved a bit after the staff checked it.

This is our 2nd time staying here and we love how pet friendly The Schofield is. We have 2 goldens and they were able to provide beds, treats, & bowls for our boys. The room & property is always super clean and they have everything you need or can get it for you. There is also a restaurant attached that we have not tried yet but maybe next time :) thank you Kimpton Suites for an amazing stay.

The staff was not helpful at all and a little rude. The girl at the valet told us to park in a parking deck, which should’ve cost us $14 a night and ended up costing us $49. That was very upsetting. The room was $400 and they didn’t even offer park. This is a hotel in Cleveland Ohio not New York which I’ve been too and paid less a night with parking. But they did offer complementary coffee, and tea in the morning… that was meant to be sarcastic. I would never recommend to stay at this hotel, and I can definitely tell you that I will never go back again. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

The hotel is nice. The lobby area is beautiful, and the restaurant that is connected is called Betts. The valet parking staff were really nice. However, I must say that the front desk staff were passive aggressive and not very welcoming. One had a brash tone when I pointed out inaccurate charges to my room summary prior to check-out. In addition, the carpet in the room was a bit smelly and the carpet in the hallways are too thick to roll a suitcase on comfortably without having to pull it hard. I also didn't like that the tv was outdated and didn't have built in streaming apps that you can log into. Otherwise, I would recommend staying at this hotel. The location was perfect as it's walking distance to everything.

Nice hotel right in the heart of downtown Cleveland. Very friendly staff. Large and comfortable rooms (mine was anyway)and breakfast at the on-site restaurant (not included) was very convenient and good.
