My room wasn’t clean. My sheets had blood on them. When I called the front desk I was told there wasn’t anymore sheets and the rooms were all sold out. I wasn’t offered a penny back.
My stay at the hotel was nice..i wasn't in my room much. I came for my 40th year class reunion. But it was nice and quiet every night when i came in tired and ready to go to bed.The front desk staff was very nice and helpful..my room was very clean and comfortable
2 things that i was not ok with..
I could not take a bath...i had to take a shower..for some reason they have the shower button set and stuck in the upward position..I have a bad back and hip so standing up in the shower was very painful for me..They could have offered more varieties for breakfast..everyone does not eat waffles..sweet cereal..But overall my stay was good. I would consider staying again when im in Cleveland.
This hotel is a modified version, so no exercise room nor upgraded room decorum. Upon arrival, coffee area had coffee leaked, call room service whom promptly attended to the clean up. Discovered, unless requested, room will NOT be cleaned. We came back from a full days outing to a dirty room. The staff was very nice and attentive, the continental breakfast was adequate.
Probably the worst stay I’ve ever had, rooms and facilities were filthy. Our room smelled of cigarettes and had black mold in the bathroom/stained sheets. When brought up to the attention of employees he argued saying he saw and smelled nothing and insisted it was clean to him.
If it was for the non refund policy and having already paid two nights we would not have stayed at all.
The new room we were given did not smell of smoke but was just as unclean.
“Breakfast buffet” was extremely limited to breads/cereal and a waffle iron. Not much there.
Many families were facing the same issues, staff was rude and argumentative and not resolving anything.
Will never stay here again.
Problems at check in. We were given a room, went in and set the A/C, came back with our luggage and people were in our room and our keys no longer worked. Front desk gave us a different room. Beds had HUGE dips in mattresses. Room felt grimy and unclean. Door handle came off. Side door was open and anyone could come in without key. Door needs to be pushed closed if it’s unsecured. General appearance of property unmaintained and unclean. Trash full in common areas. Cigarette butts around parking lot. Six hotels on our road trip and this was the worst but cost the most.

Portions of the hotel are deteriorating. The carpet outside our room's door was loose to the point of being a trip hazard and was dirty. The walls in the hallway outside our room had multiple dents and dings which need to be repaired and touched up with paint. We also noted spots in our room similar to this. The door to the bathroom was in poor condition, appeared beat up and was a pocket door design. The latch was missing screws and the door would not slide fully closed. It remained open approximately an inch. The hand towel rack was broken. One part of the bracket was still attached to the wall and the rest was missing. The carpet in the room was frayed and becoming a trip hazard at the point where it met up with the tile. Some of the baseboard molding near the sink was missing. Our room was immediately next to the elevator and it made loud mechanical noises that constantly disturbed us the entire stay. Overall this property needs some work to bring it up to good condition.The Hotels.com reviews that we read said nothing about any of these issues. It was disappointing to arrive and find out that the condition of the hotel did not match the reviews we read prior to booking this site.
