Curbside appeal was lacking, property needed weed eating. The water never got totally, hot....luke warm at best. Employees acted like they hated their jobs. Room was fairly nice though, even though the bathroom was dated.

Convenient and comfortable

Location was convenient. The room was fine and comfortable. Check-in was very disorganized. The free breakfast at essentially all hotels is marginal, but here was a bit subpar, especially the terrible coffee. Given the comfort and convenience, I would be happy to stay there again.

Close to CLE airport

While I would only use this location for an overnight if i have an early flight due tonits close proximity to the rental car return. Ilthe bed was not comfortable and the general condition of rhe lroperty is poor at best.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out was easy. The bathroom in our room could have been a little cleaner. For instance, there was a poop stain inside the toilet bowl, and the shower caulking was full of mold.

Would not go back. It’s an old place but rooms online looked newer. No lock on door. It was broken off. This was our second room they put us in. I would share a picture but this review doesn’t allow it. Dirty carpet. But hey the bed was ok. Slept well.

Not like to stay here again!

I don't normally like to leave reviews but this time I felt I had to. When I booked the room they had the hotel listed as 8 out of 10. I really wish there was someone to tell me that was not correct. We get there, and trying to find a parking space, we see that near the end of the parking lot, there is windshield glass all over one parking space. We ended up parking closer to the door to avoid any car troubles. Upon entering, the gentleman behind the desk tells us he's busy go talk to the lady over there. Then the man proceeds to berate another employee right in front of us while the lady helping us is continuously rolling her eyes about the situation. Then we get to the room to find it smells of smoke in an all non-smoking facility. We get settled and I decide to go get food for dinner, only to find that my room card no longer works and I have to get my wife to come let me in. Then let's talk about the AC, thankfully we travel with a sound machine as the entire night, every time the unit started, it was proceeded with a squeal. So after the rough night, we just wanted to get going and head home, I start the morning by trying to take a shower to find that all I was getting was a lukewarm spray. The one decent comment I have was that the breakfast was at least a warm meal.

Just what I needed

Was exactly what I was looking for. The hotel is clean, can tell it could use a little touched up, but my room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and staff were super friendly.

The room was dirty. The pillow case and sheet were yellowish color and were not clean. I have taken pictures of the card and curtains that were clearly dirty And the floor was dirty aswell with dust and hair all over. And the air conditioner was too loud The breakfast was relatively good and staff was also kind

I can’t speak for every room, but the mattress in my room was terrible. The middle was sunken in and it felt similar to sleeping on a hammock. The shower floor isn’t offset towards the drain, so the water pooled up in the middle and left a sort of off colored stain on it. Used toilet paper roll on the dispenser. The subway station is directly across the street, so that did make getting to and from downtown and the airport really easy. Although filled with sleeping homeless, so was the lobby of the hotel. I’d probably spend a little more and stay elsewhere if I was not solo travelling.
