This was the worst La Quinta we’ve ever stayed at. No amenities such as breakfast and hot tub, even tho advertised. Random 911 call from some other room made police wake us up extra early even tho we did not make the call.

A very nice hotel and has potential. It’s very noisy and you can literally hear everyone talking in the hallways due to the doors having gaps under them. Staff was pretty nice but they like to charge your card twice after you check out which is totally not cool.

I’d never stay here again. Those rooms looked like they were put together by duct tape. Genuinely did not feel sanitary. We got moved 3 times for big reasons such as a sink not working, the AC not working, etc. The worst part is we had no where else to stay, paid an insane amount for less than a 13 hour stay at a 1 star hotel, and the power went out so we had to change and move in the dark half the night. Never again. I’m reporting this to the bank

Property was okay. Room was nothing like pictures. Toilet and bath area was so small you had to twist around to shut door. Bad tile around bathtub and bathtub was old and worn. Pull out couch was dirty and stained. Not worth $225 a night.

Nice enough place but the hot tub was broke down ( they said it had been down awhile), the pool was cold ( no towels and what furniture was there wasnt great ), and there were ants in the room. When i said the ants got into my dinner before i could finish it there wasnt even an apology.

Bathtub was dirty looking. Not sure if it was actually dirty or if the coating used to resurface the tub was just stained and dirty looking. We would not use it. Talked to another couple at breakfast who reported the same. Deadbolt on door worked, but chain lock or other forced entry deterrent was missing. Adjoining room door looked battered and in poor condition. The general feeling was less than acceptable in cleanliness and safety

This was a mess! They gave me the wrong room. The one they gave me was FILTHY! Said they would fix it in the morning. Gave me the wrong room again! Then told me none were available. Then tried to tell me it was the room I picked when I had pictures it wasn’t! Then I asked if they’d clean the room. The maid came up “ cleaned” n it was still Filthy! I had to go buy Clorox wipes,& lysol and do it myself! Just to stay as we had already paid! Breakfast was the same everyday bland powdered eggs n uncooked sausage! This is the second vacation where I booked a la Quinta n it was awful! Never ever again!

I booked this hotel because it said it was newly renovated. I left after seeing my room because the room was disgusting. The sink was clogged, there was mold in and around the shower, and the bathtub was filthy. The AC was outdated and didn't work. When I asked for a refund, the front desk said I have to wait until Monday to ask for a refund because the manager wasn’t onsite. I was able to text customer service and they said they would issue me a refund. Hopefully there’s no delay in getting my refund.

We checked into the room and the first thing we noticed was how dirty everything was. The furniture, the couch, and the bedding all had stains. The bed itself was broken in the middle and slouching in the middle. The tub in the bathroom was also dirty. We ended up leaving and was told to contact the manager the following morning about a refund and then when I did was hung up on. I wouldn’t stay here again.
