This facility was highly rated and we had hopes that it would live up to people's opinions of them. Sadly, it did not. Our check in for a prepaid room too a lot longer than it should have. I am not sure what the clerk was doing most of the time. Our room was adequate in size. The bed was broken down, sunk down so positioning was difficult and uncomfortable. The bathroom smelled of mildew and the shower did not drain properly letting water all over the floor. The window shade was down most of the way but gapped at the bottom and it wasnt until much later that we discovered a remote control on the wall. No instructions how to use it existed. I finally put the ironing board across to cover the gap for privacy. In the morning I fiddled with the remote and got it the rest of the way down, finallly. The staff was oddly just barely friendly, like they didn't like working there but it was a job.
