As we entered the establishment. Service was good, but the decorative sheets on top had burns from cigarettes when it wasn't a smoking room. Bathroom door was hollow core door that was ruined by other visitors hanging their wet towels. There was dirt sealed in the tile. The faucet fixture in the tub was not installed correctly and water could have gotten behind and caused water damage. So we stayed but the issues in the room were as the title expressed and was concerning.

Lobby and evening staff were welcoming. 2nd floor reeked of smoke, drain in on shower not in place and there was a large metal spike protruding from drain that could have pierced your foot, elevator inspection expired 2 years ago, stains on floor. Mirror in bathroom broken. Breakfast was hot.

The front entrance area was fine. The hallway carpet to the room was disgusting. The floors in the room were gross and sticky. The bathroom door wouldn't close. The handle fell of the door. The walls were falling apart. The faucet dripped. There were hardly any outlet plugs. The one behind the bed didn't have an outlet cover. The only thing that seemed fine were the sheets. I was too tired to check the mattress for bed bugs. The breakfast selection was average. It seems like they were trying to hide the past but it was maybe worth half the price charged. I am surprised you offer this as a location.

If you are cautious about cleanliness tidiness, hygiene, then that is certainly not your place to stay. Whether you are traveling with family or for a business. Although the breakfast was included in my stay but I avoid all stuff made out of their kitchen. The room floors were sticky. The towels we're dirty and had staines on it.
