The room was clean. Climate control was quiet. Staff was helpful. Ideal location to shops and dining. Only 30 minutes drive to downtown Cleveland. Very quiet and safe location.

Older property but well maintained. We stayed multiple days and service is by request only. We arrived for complimentary breakfast 30 minutes prior to closing and selection was limited and not restocked.

Meh.

Hotel needs updates. Late Check in was smooth. Friendly front desk. Bed was comfortable. The AC was OLD. It rattled so loud and was musty but it worked. The curtains were very faded, the room smelled musty and the towels had some stains on them. Location felt safe. We ate at the Bob Evans next door so I don’t know how the breakfast was. Idk how this hotel has a 8.5/10 rating. Solid 5/10.
