Clean and affordable property. Convenient parking by exterior doors. Hotel has been making updates and remodeling spaces over the past year. Looks great. Breakfast was closed, to our surprise. Posting was apparantly made on the company main page, but that wasn't on the Expedia page. Smooth check in, but I did not like that the staff took my cards behind the counter to run them rather than me uaing the pos machine myself. Please n

I was there on a very quiet night, it is a motel so I'm sure some nights have parking lot noises. The staff was great, the room was clean. The property has some miles on it. I've stayed at several hotels near the airport, and most of them are below average so my expectations were low, but I had a very pleasant experience.

Grear hotel for our own personal needs. Both front desk gals were very polite & heloful. The hotel was extremely quiet & we love that. Also love private entry. Clean and simple! What we want in a hotel.

This property is a motel that is currently undergoing renovations. We choose this facility because the Expedia website indicated that it included breakfast. However, the breakfast area was completely shut down. I complained to the manager about this and was promised a $15 credit, but I actually only received a $10 credit. This wasn't even enough to cover breakfast for two at a fast food restaurant. The quality of the renovations are questionable at best, and things were not cleaned satisfactorily. The walls are paper thin and we could hear people next door talking in the middle of the night. I guess you get what you pay for, so I will take this motel off of my list of acceptable places to stay.

not happy with service
It was fined except that my husband has medicine that has to be kept on ice. So when we stay at hotels that have the cheap fridges, we have the front desk freeze the ice packs for his meds. This hotel put them in the FRIDGE, NOT the FREEZER. so of course they were not frozen. We were not pleased which is why the low rating.
