AVOID!

Arrived at 3pm for checkin, only had 1 hour to get ready before an event and the room was not ready. Wasn't able to check-in until 3:40. The door was broken and had a difficult time getting in, staff came to assist. Finally got into the dirty room and the only outlet in the bathroom did not work. The room was dirty and out dated. Considered sleeping in my car that night. This place was horrendous! Do not book!

It is a motel disguised by a popular name. The pictures do not accurately reflect the reality of the motel room and area. Each room smells like multiple people smoked multiple packs of cigarettes. It’s not ADA compliant. No elevator.

Bed was comfortable but someone in our party had dead bugs in theirs. The place is pretty run down. Was told shuttle to airport was free but was then charged after the fact. Ok place if you’re desperate. We had 4 hrs to sleep so it was adequate.

Hotel looks dirty and unsafe outside. Room smells horrible, bed has metal frame and makes too much noise. Dirty in the room and so many spiders inside.

The hotel shuttle did not show up. I called over and over and over again with no answer and the mailbox is full. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that was already used and then was reassigned a room that is not very clean. There is no elevator

The bathroom door wouldn't close cause it was busted the top of the door. The floor was wet and so when I dried the floor with a towel the towel was black. The mattress cover had a huge yellow stain on it and a small brown stain. The bed stand is metal and very noisey when you're on it so don't expect it to be quiet when sleeping. The breakfast was basic and okay if you stay away from the sausage and eggs. There was no juice out out for the breakfast even though theres a machine for it. But if you just want a bed to sleep in then its fine.

HORRIBLE, do NOT stay here

I would like a refund for not staying. When I arrived at 10 pm the hotel desk attendant was not there. I waited for an hour and started to feel uncomfortable with people waiting for the attendant. As I waited the eating area was dirty and not clean. After a hour two men drove up and then one walked behind the desk and said he could check me in, I gave him 60 bucks so I could park and he gave me my room key. I got to the room and it was dirty. Stains on the desk and dresser and the bathroom. The bed had bugs and dirt also. I went to the front desk and told the attendant and he gave my 60 back and I left at 11:45 pm. I did take pictures for proof if i need to send them to you. Please refund my account because of this issue.
