We were disappointed with the condition of our room. It was missing a shower head and the bathroom door didn’t shut properly. There were patch marks on the wall and burn marks on the bedding. I won’t go back.

Has great potential. Room could've been a bit more cleaner for my liking. Some rose pedals left on the floor, I'm assuming from prior guests and the tv stand/dresser had a lot of baby spiders crawling over it, and the room smelled like stale smoke.

The woman that checked me in was amazing. The room itself was extremely dirty, there was dirty silverware on the nightstand the toilet seat had smears on it and the one bed had obviously not been changed it looked like someone peed in it and there were black crumbs all throughout the sheets. One of the dirtiest hotels i had ever stayed in.

Horrible! room was not cleaned properly, and the Tv did not have a power cord attached to it. Had to get new sheets because the ones on the bed were not cleaned properly. Staff not helpful AT ALL.

I booked the presidential suite. And it was sub-par to regular room at a decent hotel. But it was bigger. Gross looking stains on the curtains, rugs, and pillows. Just a run down location.

I reserved a king room, when we got there they say all they had left was a 2 queen bed room. The room was ehhh. The remote for the tv didn't have a back, so I tried calling the front desk. The phone wasn't plugged in. When I called from my phone the front desk told me someone would bring a new one up. I waited 4 hours and no remote. I also told them sbout the phone, the light in the doorway that flickered and that someone colored on the wall. I took the remote down the next day and it wasn't even the right one. But, the staff seemed to get more friendly as the days went on. I wouldn't stay there again though. The mexican restaurant connected to the hotel has great food.

Hotel was dirty, no ice or vending machines at the property, breakfast was a joke, bread, stale cereal, milk, juice (in decanters) and oranges that were moldy. I did not feel safe, vagrants walked the lot all hours of the day and night, the rear entrance made you feel like you should be walking into a parking garage, the odor of marijuana was strong everywhere. The attached mexican restaurant was flavorless and expensive. Will never stay again, wish I could get a refund.

The rooms are filthy & outdated. We were able to change rooms the front desk attendant was accommodating. All the amenities were dirty broken & unusable & the pool was closed. Wires & holes in the ceilings & security doors did not close. This place needs a serious update.

This hotel does not live up to the Wyndham brand in any aspect! The entrance we were told to use to get to our room was disgusting. Property maintenance and housekeeping was sorely lacking. The hotel says they have breakfast for guests but i wouldn't call it that. I found moldy bread in the display case for toast. I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all!

I would say you get what I pay for , but this is not even the case. The place is so filthy, damaged everywhere. Feels unsafe. I can’t believe it passed sanitary inspection. Do not go there unless u can’t afford better

The Indian guy at the front desk is very rood and has a bad attitude he won't work with you unless you pay him $100 on top of what you already spent on the room and you still have to check out at 11am even tho you didn't arrive until 2:00am but went to a hotel down the street and was able to check in early with no problem if I was you I will avoid going here because they don't care they will just send you on your way to go sleep in your car until check in. 👎👎👎👎 NEVER AGAIN.

Very dirty hallway , wasn’t told pool was closed , one bed didn’t have a blanket , part of wall was unglued , room had other persons hair, coffee is gross , can’t get just a margarita at the food place attached , garbage all around outside. Front desk lady was very nice .

From the moment I stepped on property I knew it was a horrible place to have booked online. DO NOT USE/BOOK THIS HOTEL. Please book else where. EVERYTHING about this stay was horrible. From the trashed room before check in, key lock did not work, phones didn’t work, no elevator (booked on 4th floor with a baby!), broken steps/side rails, dirt bed linen/towels, NO BREAKFAST,$20$ pool passes “presidential suite” MY ASS!! DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL.
