Entered room and it smelled must. even somewhat mousy. Someone had the toilet tore apart and we had to flush by reaching into the take and physically lift the flapper. At the point we realized this we were settled into the room and did not want to change rooms. Then I inquired with the front desk and asked about an ice machine. I was told there is an ice machine near the front desk but it is out of order. I asked about a discount with all that is wrong and I was told to talk to management at check out in the morning. I did ask for an discount/adjustment in the morning and I wqs told " we have plenty of rooms, you should have asked to be moved to another room! Never ever will I stay her again. Facility was just DIRTY. A lot of hair on shower drain. Safety lock was broken but not fixed. Staircase smelled of urine and just dirty. I saw many people working. How couod they have kept the room so dirty with all these people working? Dirty. Booked and paid for 2nights but only stayed 1 night and moved to a different hotel acriss the street. If that hotel had a room avaliable, I would've moved the first night and just gave up on the money. That's how horrible it was.

Clean place to sleep

Room was clean. Tile floors were sticky. Towels are very small and limited. Wifi was unsecured so we did not use it. Lot is VERY well lit and quiet. I did see local police cruise lot twice. (I take that as a positive)

The place was filthy, I usually do a little scan around the room to see if there’s anything like bugs or trash and the room I got smelled horrible and had food on the floor and somebody left a vape under the bed in which indicates that they don’t look and clean everywhere to the tee. But the staff was decent and handled the situation well.
