20 minutes to check in for a pre paid room at 330 am check in… called front desk in the am for late check out was told no after I called front desk on my cell phone and disconnected 2 times…after some call to room couldn’t connect …. So I called back a THIRD time and said please WaIT I just have a question… where I was told not late check outs. I could see this being a problem if the hotel was at all busy(not) or if front desk person had even attempted to call me back (did not)

They need help.

I paid upon arrival for a late checkout. And the manager took my money. And then wants me to check out early because he doesn't have any house keepers to clean room after 4pm.

While I had paid an additional cash fee upon arrival for a late checkout. They kept coming to my room beating on my door. To have me check out.I had infact paid. I got up and left by 4:30pm. I am a regular customer of this site . I'm not happy with this.
