Room wasn't dirty but wasn't the cleanest either. The fold out bed was filthy under the sofa cushions. The rest of the room was clean. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the pillows and bedding were not fresh smelling whatsoever. Staff lacked some general professionalism tbh. Plus they charge your card for a $100 incidental fee and tell you if no damages or items charged to your room, you get that back. At check out they informed me it takes 3 days to get the $100 back 😆. What happened to just habjng a card on fiel for incidentals? Seems odd to me. Not sure I'd go back. Super convenient being by E4th and Rocket arena and Progressive field.

Great Location

Big room, comfy bed and a fireplace. Cabinets in kitchenette a bit dated but everything there to make coffee and basic meals. Perfect location for a Cavs game.

The accommodations were very nice. Downtown Cleveland. We were in town for a Cavaliers game and worried about walking back to the hotel after the game. Well, you can see Rocket Arena from the hotel. It’s about a one block walk with a direct walking path right outside the hotel. The two bedroom suite was nice but missing soap, the internet was not working, not enough silverware for the 4 of us, and one of the tvs was missing the remote. After contacting the front desk, everything was taken care of (except for the tv remote) - but two late to be of any benefit to us. Free breakfast was ok. But all of the staff and mgmt we met were very polite! The only parking at the hotel is valet parking in the underground garage - $45/day plus tip. There is also a surface lot across the street. Not sure if it is generally available and I didn’t check the price.

I was unable to check in because When I arrived to the property I was told that Expedia should not have booked the reservation because the property was already full at the time of the reservation so now I am fighting with Expedia to get a full refund because they booked me at a property that didn’t have room they stated that I needed to cancel the reservation to get my $419.00 back but I would be charged a $200.00 cancellation fee and if I didn’t do that then I would lose all of my money and I should feel grateful that I was getting anything back

If attending an event at Rocket mortgage this is the closest hotel. My wife and I stayed the night after attending a concert. Good things- Only a few minute walk to the venue. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfy and really loved the pillows. The complimentary breakfast was great and had a lot of options to choose from. The valet was very courteous and quick. Short falls - Rooms are really dated. Peeling paint in the bathroom ceiling, phone was from the 80s and looked just as gross as it was old lol. Carpet had some rips in places. Had to use valet as the hotel doesn’t have its own parking. Was the cheapest option for us at $50. The lot across the street was $70 due to the concert. House keeping also just came barging in without even knocking at 10am. I wasn’t thrilled. When checking out we weren’t asked how our stay was. So I made a point to tell them about house keeping barging in. Was just told sorry that happened to you.

First time staying here. My girlfriends were downtown for an evening and this place exceeded our expectations. It was so nice to be able to walk to the Casino, Flannery's and 4th street. Very nice!
