Every aspect of the stay was positive. Parking valets were friendly and efficient. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient at both check-in and checkout. Breakfast was great. Very positive experience overall.

The staff treated us with respect, and they conducted themselves professionally. The room was spacious and clean. The housekeeper on the 5th floor, where I stayed, was very kind and helpful.

Sad was very friendly. Had to request room service. Missed the time so asked for towels and to have trash removed and never got towels or trash removed. Breakfast ladies were AMAZING super friendly.

The rooms are huge many with fireplaces. Property is dated,Howe for the price it’s a great value. In the middle of downtown and in walking distance to most attractions. I would stay again property staff are so friendly and helpful.

The hotel in general and the room were clean and in good condition. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The best feature was its proximity to the Rocket Arena as we were in town for a concert.

Property shows its age. You are really paying for the location. Confusing room layout- felt a little like Frodo taking the ring to Mordor… If you a cleanliness freak, bathrooms are not well cleaned or kept up with. I will say every staff member was very friendly.
