This was clean, convenient and comfortable. We had one issue with maintenance during our trip (kitchen sink not draining - was resolved) but otherwise everything was great.

A bad start that turned out ok

Upon arriving to the hotel an dusing the concierge box, we had to wait 15ish minutes to get in. A woman whose daighter lived in the building eventually let us in. On suhc a busy weekend (NCAA March Madness) there was one person checking in a line line of people and to top it off...the elevators were down so you had to get escorted to the secret working elevator. The building (when the elevators are down) is extremely hard to navigate. We also parked in the wrong garage despite using the pin the prepaid parking email gave us. However, the room and atmosphere were wonderful and by the time we got back to the room at midnight the elevators were functional again. Overall a decent stay that started off badly

For the price of a hotel room, you get an entire apartment with bedroom, living room, washer/dryer, and FULL kitchen included! Clean, spacious, and quiet...friendly staff...easy check in and check out. Private locked attached garage parking (separate fee). 4th street restaurants and Jack Casino are a block away...with Progressive Field and Rocket Fieldhouse just a few blocks away. Amazing! Will definitely stay again!
