The floor in our room was dirty. The bedding was not the cleanest. On the website it said they had continental breakfast and none was available. The worker stated that breakfast was for their long term residents

Not the greatest place or area of town

Once I saw the second live roach, I figured it was time to leave and I opted to sleep in my rental car at the airport instead of this place. Credit to the front desk gentlemen, he was very understanding and offered to approve the hotels.com refund. I have no idea how the place had a 7.0 rating on the reviews.

Good and clean but few amenities

The place was very clean. The AC blew cold. The TV was too much of a hassle to even use. No conditioner in shower (bring your own). No breakfast in the breakfast area. Staff graciously let me have a late check out at noon (they will also sell later checkouts for small fee).

The property was beautiful. However the pool was closed which was not updated on the booking site and the AC in the room did not work and it was very uncomfortable. Make sure you bring your own toiletries.

My shower didnt have hot water checked in at 10 at night cold water woke up at 8 am no hot water checked out no discount and was double charged for a room and now have to wait and pray i receieve my money back also peple are walking around all night while you sleep creepy
