Room smelled like cat and someone had clearly been living there long term. Hotel is home to several long term renters and as two young females we did not feel safe staying at this location.

Hallway stunk like weed, room was dingy, window dirty and smudgy. TV screen very dark with 6 light spots across the picture. Linoleum in bathroom peeling up. TV remote was sticky. But the bed was comfortable, water pressure and temperature good.

When u are trying to sleep u got staff constly knocking on ur door after u worked all night they dont care people screaming and talking on there phone at 3am u te stafc and they do nouthing u ask for toliet and its a big promblem they think one roll of toliet paper for 2 peoe just ladt u a week people make up lies about u and they beluve everyone over u after u been there 9 mouths they show no respect for people that work from 3 pm until 130 in the mouring because they pound and pound on ur door until u answer we were there 9 mouths they hire new people that dont know and there calling u by ur frist name like they know u for years.if u want towels if u can get them they will give raggy towels that look like there a 100 years old.eater sunday came and they have no respect for people just wanting to relax o.n tbere holday they got come and knock on ur over something stupid like resvions when tbey have the power to take care of it there self if are excpeting imporant mail from like section 8 or a lawywr paper work u wount get it they constly like about stupid stuff and imporant mail that ur excpeting the roach are horrible there so bad there crawling on ur celing above ur bed where ur gonna sleep there reventing the rooms but good is it to rmoldle if u ate not hireing a perfosional extermter.

The front desk always leing to me about wanting to give me towels and toliet papper housekeeper wount clean ur room rooms are covered in roachs roahs in the microwave and regrator had hard getting msil from tbe front desk i was there 9 mouths until i got my apartment today and they dont have no breakfast butt gona bars and coffe they allow people to talk in the hallway and pay loud muich all hours of the night the front desk peple always believe people iver me makeing up lies such as saying iam asking strangers for rides when i wasnt and the front desk telling me i dont have pakages when they were right there in front of my face there renvateing the motel and gonna rasie prices the whole time i was there they never really honor the expida price u get online they earse ur resvion and replace it with a new so u pay there price that they quote they have not hired a lisenced bug man they have the housekeeper doing it and he is not lisrnxed .i highly recommend u do not stay at there hotel unless u dont want no rest and u want roachs in ur bed while u sleeg

Yuck

Let's start with the good, then we'll get into the bad... It wasn't right in the center of Cleveland (our primary destination) which was great! Friendly front desk person, easy to find and easy parking. Both rooms had mini fridges, microwaves and coffee pots. I heard a good so I'm guessing it's pet friendly. Now the bad... We got 2 rooms... Neither room had a garbage can in the bathroom... 1 room the AC was not working. The other, the window looked into, literally looked into, some kind of shed/storage thing, like the shed was built around the room, minor but annoying. Both rooms had TVs with weird spots in the screen. The Wi-Fi was awful. The coffee pots were gross (but honestly, my Keurig probably is too) 1 room had a broken table and a broken chair, The other room had a broken bed, broken chair, a broken lamp, a broken shower rod, mold in the bathroom and no plug for the sink. One toilet was clogged before we even tried to use it. Easily the worst Super 8 I've stayed in, but hey, at least I got a couple hours of sleep. The hotel seems to be very noisy at night

Bed bugs and roaches all over the place, terribly filthy didn’t even clean the room stains and dirt all over both beds. Most doors don’t even shut properly and elevator barely works let alone properly. Rude and disrespectful staff too

Excellent staff, clean room,flexible checkout time

EXTREMELY nice and helpful stuff. Great experience and i LOVE that they dont require a cash deposit like most places. I hate letting companies hang on to my money for multiple business days for no reason. Just keep a card on file like these guys incase theres an incident. its 2025, ppl are broke. Nobody has the money to just loan a hotel 100$ for 3-5 business days. i usually book thru the red roof out the motel 6 in streetsboro for that exact reason but these guys are now added to my list of hotels i'll be staying with going forward. Oh, but 1 improvement needs made. fix your bed in room 307. my gf and i got 2 queens instead of 1 king bc it was cheaper, but one of the queen beds was broken, you couldnt lay in it without the bed flipping you out of it so we had to share a queen and we're both bigger folks so that wasnt ideal, but not a big enough of an issue to be less than 5 stars! thanks for the hospitality

The head desk manager is a scammer, the hotel is always looking for a way to get more money. He will say that payment didn’t go through and then try to collect more money. It’s unclean and outdated. I would not put my worst enemy here.
