The room was fine, with a comfortable bed and everything working. The hotel itself has issues. Only one elevator was working with 11 floors of guests on a weekend (and a wedding reception in progress), so there were very long waits. And I had a very large cockroach in my bathroom. So ... nice, but with issues.

We were in Cleveland from out of town for a clinic appointment. It was nice to have a base that was comfortable and friendly. All the staff were aces. The natural light in the room was a treat. Historical brick building - more character than other hotels.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tudor Arms Hotel. The hotel inside and out was beautiful. We loved all the hardwood floors and the charm of the old hotel. I can see why there are weddings there. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the warm chocolate chip cookies too.

Very cool and clean vintage castle type hotel!
Very cool vintage castle like hotel close to Cleveland Clinic. We enjoyed our stay and the room was really nice and also clean. Has a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Convenient parking but there is a charge for that. Would stay there again and good Hilton hotel

The place was stunning and the staff were amazing, however the breakfast buffet definitely not worth 18 dollars that food tasted so bland like it was seasoned with hopes and prayers. We had so much better just at the complementary breakfast places so paying 18 dollars I would expect a lot more. The mirrors in the rooms are only made for tall people not for people 5’5 and shorter so if you do come here bring your own mirror. There are no mini refrigerators in the rooms and the rooms were not that clean. I feel for what you pay for the rooms they should be top notch because I have definitely stayed in way cheaper hotels with better housekeeping food and amenities.
