Nice hotel

Nice hotel, very large room. Only reason I down check it a little was the shower pressure was weak. That could be easily remedied with a fixed or replaced diverter; too much water was going out thebspout instead upnup to thenshower head.

Cookies were scrumptious. Shuttle was nice and convenient. Bathroom doors are "barn door" style so they don't allow for privacy.

Great Location

The staff was great. We especially loved the shuttle that would take us anywhere we wanted to go within a 3-mile radius. It took a lot of pressure off of us by not having to constantly look for places to park. The hotel is in a great location for access to all sorts of fun things to do.

Nice hotel for the most part. Friendly staff. The room 509 has a portion of the floor near the bathroom that needs to be repaired. Someone could injure their feet or stumble if not careful. The bed was comfortable, shower very nice, and the coffee station with tea as an option was very convenient.

James (the shuttle driver) was the best part of my stay. Very kind and helpful. My unit had (what looked like) chocolate stains on all the furniture so I didn’t feel comfortable having anything of mine touch the couch or chair. Overall an okay experience for the price.

The location was perfect, very low interaction with staff. The cost for the stay did not match with how the facility presented. The room was cold, there was a crust of dirt around the shower and very dusty curtains and items within the room. I will stay again because of the location to the hospital, but there should be more care put into the cleanliness of this property.
