Good location, friendly staff but VERY outdated rooms. The furniture, carpet, paint (very chipped), light switches, etc are all very very old and tired. Our room was to come with a mini fridge but it was a small beverage/wine fridge that didn’t work. Staff did quickly bring a replacement fridge. It was a proper mini fridge but was very tired looking and had to sit on the floor in the room but it did work. I had assumed like all other hotels I’ve stayed at there would be a microwave but there was not. The room was large but that’s the only positive to say. The location is good for walking to football and hockey/basketball venues as well as rock and roll hall of fame and the casino.

Check in was great! We were upgraded to a "premium room" and the room was nice overlooking the city! A microwave in the premium room would have been nice though. The dining in the bar/restaurant left us with more to be desired: the appetizers could include a little more protein options. At dinner I ordered beans and rice and had to return it due to the rice being super crunchy. The breakfast was great however I was not made aware there was a buffet that we could have enjoyed. Overall, we had a great stay though.
