The entrance was very colorful and inviting. The building itself was very colorful. Overall it was a great place to stay . We have stayed there for over a year now at different times . And the staff is always nice and very helpful .

I always stay at this hotel whenever I’m in town. It’s in a safe neighborhood. It’s always clean, spacious with a great breakfast.

The breakfast lady was at best rude, mean and obnoxious. I asked her about the ingredients she put in the scrambled egg. She directed me to the cold hard boiled eggs saying if you don't like it, get the hard boiled egg!

This was a great place to stay and great value!

Comfortable beds and loved our room! The breakfast was always delicious and staff was great at keeping the area clean. We loved that there was an ice machine and filtered water dispenser right off the lobby so we could refill our water bottles. Highly recommend this hotel!

My family and I were in town for an event in Cleveland and we found this gem about 10 minutes from downtown. There was plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We were greeted with bottles of water and a snack. Hot and cold breakfast was included. The rooms were clean and spacious and there was a water bottle filling station in the lobby. Around the clock coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I would definitely stay here again.

Room smelled like smoke. There was trash on the floor. The mini fridge had an empty lemonade bottle and a a bag a candy left in it. The bedspread had visible dirty spots on it.
