I heard there were incidents in the last month in the parking lot where cars were broken into, windows smashed etc. It’s very uncomfortable staying there when the facility needs 24/7 security to protect the hotel guest.

Breakfast seemed to be a challenge each day. Either there wasn’t coffee or the creamer had run out. I watched one morning as the staff member handling the food watched people serving themselves while the coffee station was ignored. Most people want coffee at breakfast, and it amazed me how challenging that was.
