Location is sketchy but comfortable stay
The hotel overall was good but the room could use a good deep cleaning. Sheets smelled odd, the air conditioner was disgusting. The bathroom needed additional cleaning. I did however appreciate the 24/7 guard in the parking lot and the friendly staff. Breakfast had great options.

Excellent stay! Leave nothing in your car.
My stay was wonderful! I do have concerns over parking lot security as there was a car break in. Granted, we were in midtown Cleveland but I have no way of knowing how often this occurs. Hopefully it’s a rarity.

During check in people beside us was offered free bottles of water and popcorn. When I asked for water for my room I was charged $3.50 for each bottle

Second time I've stayed here. The room is nice and bright, bathroom is nice. The staff were pleasant and helpful. There's not a whole lot of places to eat around that area that we really wanted, so we just ended up at a McDonald's. I was there to go to Cleveland Clinic, which was literally 5 minutes away, so I'd go stay there again if needed.

I'm not one to complain but I will not return after this stay. As soon as I checked in there was some kinda fit in the parking lot with employees and maybe public? I tried to stay far far away from that. The room was not clean, only thing that passed my normal checks was the mattress. The floor had dead crickets on it, the shower had what looked like pubic hair. Someone's trash was in the trash can. I knew not to expect much but tried to be optimistic. Spend more on a room in Cleveland seems to be the only real option I guess

Friendly service and personnel. Rooms are not very clean. Pillows, comforters and mattresses need to be replaced, unpleasant smell, dirty and stained. I would not stay here again.
