I wished I could give a 0 rating because the breakfast was ok smoke free you still smell it.. the bed was uncomfortable because of the springs and no phone had to use the stairs the unit kept going off like it was set on a timer and the tv had lines the more we used it we started seeing a big square had turn it off from the tv itself we had to fix the pump to the toilet never will I stay again the pictures are misleading

The room they gave us had not been cleaned. The beds weren't even changed. They gave us another room. That room didn't have any toilet paper or cups for drinks.

Staff cannot converse in English. Cockroaches in room, filthy room overall. Heater did not work so they brought a space heater but the fridge defrosted next to it created a huge hazard. Did not have breakfast ready at the hour posted.

This hotel was not at all what I expected. It all started at check in when I was told that the room I reserved was not available and was actually downgraded. We were uncomfortable enough that we departed the hotel about 3 hours earlier than planned because I just wasn’t comfortable. There is not enough characters to type out the issues we had, so I’ll say this… This hotel is not what it looks like. The pictures online must have been from a different owner, because this place does not look like the pictures. I understand that you get what you pay for, but this was not good. I’ve payed less at hotels and had a better experience in the past. I would not stay here again. Next time I make a trip through there, I’ll stop at a rest stop on the highway and sleep in my truck.

Towels were washed but have lots of permanent stains. Room was clean. I had a good sleep and left early the next day. I did not have breakfast but I knew there were waffles and other hot breakfast items. Check in staff is very nice.

Alex is wonderful being the new manager at this Inn!! Great place to stay. Wonderful staff. Maria, his wife, such a wonderful host. It felt like you were in a familiar and friendly house.
