Front desk was a little rude, room had a dirty washcloth hanging from the shower curtain rod, breakfast hot food was almost cold. Not horrible. Clean for the most part, minus the washcloth, but I would look at other options first.

Don’t GO!!! Bed bugs in Room 200! Left in the middle of the night, as I was hospitalized the last time I had them (allergic reaction). I shared all this with the overnight person and was very clear. I received absolutely no phone call or anything from this location. It was absolutely horrible!! Do not stay at this location!!! (Stayed in January 2026).

Very disappointing!!! The breakfast was awful. The sausage gravy which should be 140 degrees or above for food safety was well below temp. The toilet in our room was broken and disgusting, with built up urine and hair around the seat hinges. The indoor pool cold, the hand sanitizer dispensers were all empty, the ice machine on our floor was out of order, the TV in the fitness center didn’t work, the business center was closed for guest use. There are plenty of reasons we would not recommend this location. We would have asked for a refund but couldn’t since we booked through Expedia. Overall a very poor experience!

Bathroom stool leaked and we had to ask for another room and they did give us one next to ours but was very inconvenient as we had a deadline to leave early that morning. Stayed two nights and that happened our first night. No compensation except new room.

We had a problem with a noisy neighbor blasting tv at 3am. It was so loud that our neighbors on the opposite side started banging on our wall because they could hear it THROUGH our room. Josh at the front desk promised to ask them to turn it down, 1st to call the room (we never heard a call), then to knock on the door - we never heard that either - we firmly believe he did neither. Eventually we called the police. They first called the room (we were able to hear the shrill ring through the tv noise) but there was no response. Then they knocked (we could hear that easily as well) and got the rude neighbor to turn it down. Room was dated but clean - but a useless and/or lying desk staff make this a place to avoid.
