not the cleanest hotel, towels looked old and stained, room was decent , lobby and halway constantly had dirt. Could be a function of the guests walking around with muddy shoes constantly. AC wasnt the best . Great location for the caves and downtown area. Manager helped with my concerns and was pleasant to deal with.

We only had 2 hiccups - it was set-back, behind anothe business which made it difficult to locate & carrying the big, heavy suitcases up/down the stairs to our room. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. Would stay again, gladly!

We had a refrigerator that was noisy, afraid to unplug as it would have defrosted, kept waking up when it ran, 2 lights burned out above the mirror, the hair dryer didn't work. We stayed 3 nights and requested NO room service and collected extra towels, and yet they gave us an envelope for a tip. Breakfast was disappointing; cereal and donuts, orange juice drink and milk, bananas & apples (ripe). should have had some healthier choices, like yogurt and hardboiled eggs. Coffee was good, none in our rooms. But rooms were cheap and we put up with it. Very animal friendly, lots of barking.
