Surprise fee!!

Everything was fine except I was surprised about the $50 fee for what they call “incidentals” in the room or any damages that might occur. I never had this fee before, and we’ve stayed there a few times.

It seemed they tried to make this place nice - it was clean and quiet, but my shade didn’t go all the way down, and the mattresses didn’t quite fit the beds. It served our purpose, and I would stay there again, but they need to refurbish.

No heat in pool☹️

We were very disappointed that the pool was not heated like it was advertised to be. Other than that we had a great stay.

Everything was perfect except checkout

Everything was perfect EXCEPT the women at the counter on checkout day. I asked for a printed receipt and she said no they couldnt do that. Now normally i wouldnt care but she was so rude about it.
