STAY FAR AWAY & don't let them near your credit c
They stole or are attempting to charge me for a 'no show' even while charging me for my two day reservation through hotels.com. Room was in poor condition, shade on window didn't close, back wall had sticky adhesive where work was being done. Nothing good to be found here or hotels.com.
Best motel I've ever stayed at. Very clean, very convenient. Staff was excellent and felt very safe.

It did the trick. We needed somewhere to crash. It was no-frills and minimally furnished (1 nightstand, 1 small cafe table, empty mini fridge and 1 hard folding-type chair). Floors did not feel clean, the bath towels looked dingey; no shampoo/ conditioner, coffee maker or blow dryer. Bed sheets were clean. Mattress was well protected. It's decent if you're passing through. The owner/manager and the maintenance/housekeeper were nice.
Very cute little motel and great location. I liked that they had separate parking spots under a carport. Cons were that there was an odd smell in the room and a few things needed updates (linens, light fixtures) Also, there was no iron, not even at the front desk, which I would have known if I read the list of amenities first. Overall I would go back there.
Unpretentious property that is clean and well managed. Recommended

We booked a stay, received confirmation, traveled to the hotel only to be told they had no open room for us. Apologized but firmly told us that we had no room.
New rooms older drive up inn private, and nice not to be locked up in the newer type hotels.
They are doing renovations, which is looking good. Will be back.
Easy walk to beach has the nice main st charm.
Terrible experience all around! They are trying to make updates by slapping a coat of paint on everything to little avail, since they've been very messy about it. I ruined my clothing by leaning against a railing during the long wait to check in. They did not honor my requests to clean the clothes or to make reparations or to put up a 'wet paint' sign so it wouldn't happen to others.
We had to wait a long time to check in - the sign says to blow horn, but no one ever came. No contact phone number was provided & the one online just gets you through to the corporate office. When we finally got into the room, we found it had no amenities. A table with no chairs, no shampoo, no blow dryer, etc.

It was very clean, but definitely no frills. The towels were small, not soft and extremely thin. The bed wasn't soft. There was no coffee pot or any disposable cups, shampoo, conditioner, etc. There was no secure internet, and even what they had kept going out and really couldn't be used. The staff (a young man who may have been new) did try to get us on the internet. He was polite, but never smiled. Maybe he was nervous or just young. The mini refrigerator and microwave were clean and worked just fine.The TV worked just fine. I liked the little personal reading light above each side of the bed. The room was modern looking and neat. It's close to the beach and Lenny & Joe's.
Nothing was worth the time and money staying at your motel. The air conditioner could not be reached without standing on a chair. There were bugs in the room in some cases in our bed. There was 1 attendant who was a foreigner and could barely communicate. There was no hair dryer, no towels, no shampoo and all was expected and advertised. This was our wedding anniversary and your motel took our celebration and turned it into an I wish we didn’t come here event. I asked how do I turn on the air conditioner and was told stand on a chair. You should be ashamed of yourselves treating your clientele as poorly as you did.
Not so good. Check in at 3pm. I get there after 3pm. Room not ready and apparently the toilet was clogged and they thought I should know this so the check in was actually after 4pm. Peeling wallpaper, dirty washcloth in the bath tub....just not a good experience. The owner or whoever he was when i amsed for the room key was lax about it as if "he'll get to it"....and well, it isnt a place i would recommend or return to

The property looks tired and worn out. The AC in my room was located high on the wall and I had to have someone come in to stand on a desk to turn it on. It was extremely efficient after that was done. The mattresses/beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms were immaculate, although very old. It was very quiet and served my purpose very well.
The room was really smelly from the carpet, not ventilated, the window sill was full of dust. The networks seem to have been cleaned by no one since installation. The toilet is not properly known, the bathroom curtain has seen better days, it's really disappointing that such a mess is made famous by you.
We checked in late...after midnight. Rang the bell and got right in. It was rainy and unbenounst to us, we had a garage to park under. The step up into the room was kind of unstable-ish as it was a metal grate that felt like it could give. The front door only locked from the inside, but we didn't need to use it. It basically was one room with the bathroom (toilet was running so the handle needed jiggling). The TV needed to be turned on without the remote, and the carpet powder they used was a little harsh on the nose. But I passed out as soon as I hit the bed and woke when my alarm went off. The man knocked on the door to remind us of the 11am departure time, which we were almost out anyway. I invited him in to have him check out the room (I spilt some baby powder on the rug). He said no problem, take your time and I'll see you at the front desk when you're ready. All in all, it wasn't what we thought it would be (a little run down) but it served its purpose.
The staff was unfriendly, and even called to make sure we were leaving -- while I was packing one of the cars and my boyfriend was finishing his shower -- and it was 10:45am (checkout is 11am -- it as not as it we overstayed our visit). The Wifi did not work. The walls were sticky to the touch. The beds did not have proper blankets, and it is a good thing we both travel, as we were able to use our own we carry with us. There was constant noise all night. I don;t know -- cats? Chickens? Pots and pans banging? We both slept poorly as a result of being jolted awake asking "What was that?" Also, I still have NO EXPLANATION for two separate charges in different amounts and how my money is coming back to me, as a security deposit does not work that way.
I gather this used to be a nice place.
Now? It is pretty disturbing. It's not somewhere ne feels safe at night. And the sticky walls are just disgusting,
