The staff was very polite, but the condition of the room was not in great shape. There were holes in the furniture, holes in the sheets. There was moisturizer in place of the hand soap in the bathroom, and the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. The dresser drawers were dirty. The place wasn’t all terrible, but the cons outweighed the pros. I likely won’t stay there again, and will pay the extra cost of staying down the road in the future.

Older hotel in need of maintenance

A friendly motel with maintenance issues. Check-in was fast and friendly, but when we reached our room, we discovered a filthy bathroom floor, so much dirt inside the the dresser drawer that we didn't unpack our clothing, a broken toilet seat, and the room door so out of plumb that we couldn't even use the inside lock. We wanted to like this motel because of the previous good reviews, but our stay demonstrated a LOT of necessary maintenance.

When driving up to the property we thought oh boy not another bad one. But when we in in and got the room it was ok, better looking inside than out. The bed was so comfortable I had the best night sleep that I’ve had in years. Would recommend

The location of property was excellent. It was 22 minutes from visiting the Osceola Cheese Store and the Amish Trade Post that we wanted to visit. It was 5 minutes away frim Clinton's downtown sqaure area. In addition, room was beautiful on inside and outside the inn.
