The office/“breakfast” did not open until 8:00 am. Coffee not made and little available to eat. No fruit or juice.Muffins, snails, oatmeal was the menu.

While we were impressed with the overall look and feel of the property including our room, our shower drain was clogged (we did not clog it!) resulting in water running all over the bathroom that we had to stop with several of the bath towels. When we called this in to the staff, we were told we could shower in the next room across the hall. In a so-called quality hotel of this type, a clogged shower drain is unacceptable. I

It was beyond basic, very dated, terrible water leak in bathroom sink.. we are not talking a drip we are talking a heavy steady flow that we had to turn the water off at night on the valves below. We reported this to them too consecutive days out of the three nights day and they never had anybody come and even look at it. Mattresses were also very uncomfortable.

Front desk service was very polite and helpful

The service from the front desk was great, he came and also helped with tv remote too. Door handle to the room was only issue we had here little hard to open stuck a bit
