Late check in OK but not Late Check OUT
Manager would not budge on late check out past 12noon. Had to pay for additional night to say until 1pm. Inconsiderate to the fact that I showed up at 1:50 a.m. on my first night stay...thought perhaps the 1 extra hour would be honored for late check out. NOPE...thanks Oscar for LEAVING my keys on the door for me to checkin when you claimed the front desk is open until 2:30 a.m. Felt a lil scared grabbing the keys and wondering if somebody would be hiding in my bathroom upon entering! Next time, I'll stay elsewhere.

I was exhausted because I couldn’t sleep due to loud banging from the area above my room into the early morning. I told some young men that night. They did not help. I will tell my friends NOT to stay at your place. Insulting and sickening!!!

TBH, I might stay here again if I was in the area, however, this hotel did not meet my expectations. PROS: check-in was fast and easy. The room was a nice size. The bed was fine, although my husband thought it was too hard. The walls are thin, but not a deal-breaker. CONS: I called ahead, and was ASSURED that the hot tub and steam room were in working order. Neither was true. The hot tub was hot, but the jets did not work. The steam never started in the steam room. The only breakfast offered is oatmeal and muffins, which is OK, but there was NO coffee in the lobby in the morning. My husband was told the desk clerk "just got here." It was 7am!!! We tried to get some to go before we left, and still no coffee. There was a small coffee maker in the room but that only amounted to two small cups. There were a lot of road workers staying there...not a problem but they are definitely over-charging for rooms. This was on a Tuesday in September and the price was about $145, Too high, IMO, for what is offered. There is a mini-mart within walking distance, but other restaurants you would have to drive.
