Haven't been here in a few years and a bit has changed. Rooms were updated which is nice. Having to show my i.d Everytime I went to my room was a bit annoying at times....the buffet re opened which is awesome so we went on Thursday around 5:15pm but it's a little smaller and the food was terrible....meats were DRY, Chinese food DRY, desserts ALL dry and stiff....the pizza was fresh though and the staff at the restaurant was extremely nice....pool was nice as always.

This place is perfect! We booked last minute on the day and got a great deal. The room we booked was large, spacious and had a lovely view of the trees. Comfy bed and large bathroom. The highlight here was the amazing friendly staff - we couldn’t believe how kind everyone was! Other visitors were also so friendly and we felt extremely safe here. We did briefly visit the casino which was great, with a great mix of restaurants and cafes. The pool and hot tubs were a great addition and we sat out and watched the sunset in the jacuzzi outside - absolutely beautiful! We used the small gym which had everything we needed for a quick work out. Fridge in room but no microwave, however this was not missed. Easy free onsite parking.

The indoor/outdoor pool was great! We enjoyed the hot tub. Even with the cold temperatures outside we still enjoyed our swim. We didn’t care for the amount of times we needed our IDs checked. I understand the safety concerns but constantly having to keep our ids and taking them out lead to us losing our ID. Also unfortunately the restaurant we were looking forward to going wasn’t open. Still had a lot of fun though.

Security was crazy on property. Everytime you tried to take elevator up to your room you had to present your room key and photo Card D. We ate at 2 restaurants during our stay the buffet was terrible, plates had piec s of food left on them and water spots all over the plates. The Noho restaurant was also very bad. Eggs were no fresh, wait staff was slow stood around dazed.

Cigarette smoke everywhere on the premises even in the non smoking areas and restaurants. If you like to dine in and smell cigarette smoke , if you are ok with everything around you drenched in smoke this is the place to go. Not my place and will not return. Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. The smoke kills it all and stays in your lungs for hours.

Not my cup of tea… the cigarette smoke from the casino goes everywhere. Even the non smoking areas and restaurants on the premises are full of smoke. Your lungs just go stuffed and heavy from the second hand smoking. Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Will not return.
