The establishment was pretty and clean. Valet and help with our bags was also a plus, it’s also complimentary. The only thing I would say that was a let down was that we got there pretty late and most restaurants close by 11pm, so we weren’t able to get an actual meal until the morning. However, there is a 24 hour bakery which has pizza, sandwiches, and baked goods, so that was a big plus after 8 hours of driving that day, we were starving. The casino area is nice and well laid out, however…. DO NOT order a double alcoholic beverage. They will only serve you 2 drinks per hour.. seen a lot of people coming in the hotel area with their own alcoholic beverages. Also, once you take your drink up to your room, you can’t bring it back down, also no drinks you purchase outside of hotel and bring to your room can come into the casino area with you. Check out is average time @ 11AM, but I wish it was later so we could have explored more of their amenities. Overall, it was fun and we enjoyed ourselves.

I took my granddaughter who is five I know the casinos for adults but have something so that we can take the kids into I know they used to have a small arcade there. I was told they took it out when Covid came up. I understand that but they should bring it back And same for TV settings we had to pay for everything. The movies are there showing on the TV for free on regular TV. They were even charging for PBS. I think that was the only downfall other words. Everything was great.

Check in was awesome. Got to check in early. The room and food was great. Only complaints was the neighbor that had the TV blarring at 3:30 at night. Kept us awake for over an hour.

Unclear signage for hotel parking. Poor signage to get to pool. Small children in jacuzzi very late at night. Guests smoking Marijuana in no smoking pool area with staff present and not doing anything about it. Bed was unbelievable hard. Poor shower head. Went to buffet for lunch and signage at Mongolian BBQ grill ( which is the only thing worth eating at the buffet) offered shrimp Friday and Saturday. It was Friday. No time frame on shrimp requests was denied and wastold it was only for dinner service. Chef at cooking station was not very kind about and kirt about not serving what the sign said. Not worth staying here for premium prices on an off weekend. Probably won't return here.
