Wouldn’t recommend

The bedroom was dirty, the velvet headboard was full of dust which fell onto the soft bed. The mattress was extremely worn and as soon as you sat on it, you nearly fell off it because there were no springs left in the bed. The bathroom shower was full of mould and everything just seemed extremely worn. One of the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Being at a service station, there were plenty of places to eat but there was alot of noise from the car park. Staff were friendly but slow to respond to requests. The room was clean apart from the bathroom fan.

Good for an overnight

Good solid hotel and good value for money. Only issue was room needed a deep clean. The bed was clean but the shower handles and remote control were sticky and there were crumbs on the chair. Staff helpful

We were given misleading information when we asked for directions, which led to confusion and inconvenience. When I contacted the admin team to raise my concerns about this experience, I was disappointed by their dismissive response. They did not acknowledge the mistake or take any responsibility for the error that occurred.

I liked the room in every aspect... except one thing the shower was way too small, i struggled to even lift my elbows to wash due to space, plus i felt the bathroom floor got very wet and slippery. Beyond that everything else was very nice
