We had family room for 2adults+2kids. It was OK, but a bit worse than expected. Tiny shower cubicle with mouldy corners, spots on the carpet (looked like from coffee/tea). Beds reasonably comfortable. But nice surprise towels - large and fluffy.

Great deal!

The actual room was cozy and bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice. Free parking and good price per night. The lobby entrance and carpet leading to the room was worn out but the room was fine. The 24 hour supermarket next door and food court is very convenient.

Great hotel. We stay here often

Lovely reception staff, very handy parking, clean room. They completely recarpeted the hallways when we were there. Only downside was the ridiculously small shower cubicle.

Polyester sheets. Very small shower. If you're a big person, you will struggle to get in and out. Turning around will not be an option. Great location next to the 24 hour shops, so you can always nip out. Decent size room. Carpets in the main areas are filthy. Decent breakfast on sight.

Awful condition

Hotel is badly getting run down. Not clean at all and the room was really dirty. Carpet hadn’t been hoovered, no way bathroom had been cleaner and bits of rubbish left around the room. Was given one towel and room wasn’t serviced in 3 nights. Asked for an additional towel and staff reluctant to give out more. Was a nice hotel 6 months ago.

Aircon broken but no room swap.

Good: staff all very helpful, room clean and comfortable. Bad: Aircon broken but hotel policy is that aircon is not a key amenity so no room swap possible even though there were unallocated rooms. TV also broken.

Horrible smell in bathroom. Air conditioning didn’t work. Corridors filthy and bathroom dirty - see photos. Seems suspicious that all 5* trip advisor reviews for this hotel are from new users with no other reviews. Are the hotel reviewing themselves??

Great basic option.

Great check-in, easy parking outside, adequate room size for a family, shower was good. We were pleased to see a gym there, but not pleased that it only opened 8am-8pm so we weren't able to use it.
