When I arrived the receptionist was back in the office , on her phone, and she never heard me enter. My room wasn’t ready and she told me there was a 15 pound surcharge for early arrival? What?? I had canceled my reservation for Saturday the 12th and I knew there should have been an available room. The room was really musty smelling and the windows had been left open when I entered. The credit card machine wasn’t working so she later knocked on my door and asked me to go see her as it was working - I was in the middle of a conversation . Today when we all went for breakfast we were told that the chef was a “ no show” so there would be no full English breakfast - toast, cereal, juice and coffee or tea. I’ve never experienced that before. We were reimbursed but it was a nuisance . Unfortunately I would not go back to a Premiere Inn after this stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Heel vriendelijke ontvangst, keurige kamers, fijne bedden, goede douche. Schoon. De pub om de hoek is gezellig en heeft een fijne bar en goed ontbijt. Echt een heel fijn verblijf gehad! De kamers zijn ook fijn stil!
