This was my second stay at The Palms. The cozy hotel offers clean rooms, nightly entertainment and good food. You’re only steps from the beach or the pool. Whatever you decide. The staff is fantastic and welcoming as well. I can’t wait to come back next year! Pura Vida!

Staff were amazing; place was great. Food was wonderful. We had a really small room but it was air conditioned which was much needed. Pool was awesome and only 82 feet from the beach. Hotel had lots of activities too which was cool. Thank you!

The room was not as pictured on the website. It was on the ground floor, next to the staff utility room and restaurant. It was noisy at night and early in the morning. Meanwhile, my fellow travellers who booked and checked in at the same time were given a larger room in the main building. I asked several times for a room change to no avail. On the plus side it was clean, the food was good and the staff polite.

Upon check staff really welcoming and room ready! When we open our door to the room we were stunned at the small size of the room. We couldn’t open our two suitcases in the limited space. Note to guests booking. If room size not indicated chances are it’s small. Our room needs TLC. A lot of money we paid for the room so no value at all.

My room was very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They helped to bring my bag up the stairs provided me with room service when needed. I was travelling with my little dog and she was very comfortable. The pool is very nice!

Our room was tiny- like no dresser and my husband’s side of the bed was against the wall so no night table and he had to climb into the bed. We also had no hot water. However, the place is clean, it’s in a great location, the staff is great, the pool is very nice, it includes an adequate breakfast, and the restaurant has very good food. There is entertainment every night and Saturday morning at the restaurant/bar which could be annoying when you don’t like the style or wanted to go to bed early because we could hear it in our room. We did really enjoy Latin dance lessons on Friday night. The teacher they had was excellent and inclusive of beginners.
