Says that property is a hotel. Not exactly. They have many buildings. Some are a hotel. Some are a typical motel. Does not say that on Expedia. I booked thinking I was staying in the nicer hotel. I was put in the lesser motel section. Also upon checking in, front desk asked if I had a car. I said yes and was given a parking permit. End of discussion about parking. The next day after checking out I see a $10 charge on my credit card. No clue why. I call front desk and was then told, “oh sorry it was not mentioned, we charge $10 per night for parking.” Not the end of the world. Just was never told there was a fee by Expedia or by front desk at check in. Just know going in you will be charged $10 per night for parking. I only stayed 1 night. But if you are staying multiple nights, it can add up.

Great location within walking distance of the pier, and shopping and restaurants. Our room was immaculate, as well as all hotel areas. Now they charge $10 for parking now. Pest issues in the dining room they really need to address. Don't go on the lower-level b/c the subflooring is horrible it sounds like the people above will fall right through the ceiling. Staff is nice, maintenance team & housekeeping are attentive the property is close to the beach you can see the rocket launching, if they can do renovations in all buildings it would be better for the price they charge.

We did not get the building I requested -I had to ask for the following from 1:00 pm until I finally gave up- NOICE BUCKET - 1 shampoo for 2 people to use( my hair is to my waist) asked for an extra pillow that took until I refused to leave the lobby without it at 10:00 pm. There were NO pool towels with about 30 people in pool from 7pm until a nice young man brought a bag at 9:10 pm. The night mgr ( young man ) was NOT customer friendly and a yearly wonderful stay in the oceanfront view rooms on the ocean turned into a first floor corner unit with drunk people smoking in front of the pool in the barbecue area ALL night. This is not what I reserved or expected at all. If you are going to be a best western PLEASE represent your brand as advertised in 2025. I cannot stress enough how disappointed our group of 4 total different rooms left with and our semi annual trips to Cocoa plus our. Overnightsfir cruises will be located somewhere else in the future. Sincerely-very disappointed Floridian

Hot and steamy - AC issues

Our AC was not cooling and it was 95 degrees. Tech tried to take to shop and leave my son and dog in high heat. Finally decided to take one from another room. It was blowing cool then shut off a couple hours later and condenser leaked all over floor - again my son and dog were left to deal with. Finally switched to a new room. AC blowing cool but then fan never really worked to get it through the room. Was celebrating birthday weekend with friends and family so decided to tolerate - already missed me of the group dinners. New room then was not very clean. Found old guests socks under bed and the cleaning crew turned off fridge or it decided to cut off with loud popping noises, defrost and once again leak all over floor in middle of night. We tried to get some sort of financial discount as consideration for our issues and inconveniences. They knocked off parking if $10 per day ($20). Couldn’t do any room discount for other lady with same AC issues that got one because we booked through third party company - as if that should make a difference. We will not stay here again. I will go right next door at the La Quinta with same beach access before going through that again. BTW, while we were staying the two days, we heard of three instance where guests got stuck in their rooms because doors would not open back up to let them out. RIDICULOUS!
