The room was very clean and smelled nice, no problem with bugs, the bed was comfortable, the refrigerator was very cold, the microwave was really clean, and there was variety of food choices in walking distance. However, the toilet kept getting clogged and kitchen sink drained very slow, and the bedroom TV did not work due to broken cable cord. I did get a replacement cord from the front desk to install myself.

This property is not worth the money. They did not have A/C in lobby, poor girl was in there in a tank top trying to fan herself. Our room was in dire straits. Turn on shower and pipe coming out of walls. They have the "sister" hotel up the street and it is owned by Marriot, very hard to believe Marriot would own Cocoa Beach Suites. If you are looking for a place to catch a nap......this is all the place is good for.

Needs a bit more attention to detail

Trash can too small when you have a suite so trash overflows before they can empty it. There was no hair dryer even though there was a holder mounted to bathroom wall. Charged an additional "incidental fee" whatever the hell that is.

Comfy, great price, and great location

Unless you are looking for a resort, can’t beat the location and price. I don’t visit Cocoa to sit in the room, so it provides everything I need, comfortably.

We were assigned to Suite 305 and when we opened the door there was a musty odor to the suite, therefore I asked for some air freshner and was given Febreze. Which did help the odor. Also the mini refrigerator has rust on the door and inside was not cleaned nor defrosted. Also that evening I discovered a ROACH crawling on the wall and I took a picture of it. Also the sleeper sofa cushions were stained. The pictures on the website did not match the actual suite. But the staff was courtesy and friendly.

The elevator smelt of bug spray everytime we got on or off. The room was clean enough. One of the remotes was broken and you had to gold the batteries in to make it work. The sprinklers were hanging out, as was the fire alarm. There were cracks around the mirror and wall in the bathroom. The furniture was falling apart in spots and was not cleaned from previous guests and was sticky from spilt messes. There were sketchy individuals hanging around the outside of the hotel. The area has alot of homeless individuals so they were just loitering. The coffee maker was not cleaned from the previous guests. You get what you paid for. It worked for a night and was literally 2 blocks from the beach.
