The front desk service was great. No complaints about any employees. Our main issue was that we were in a non-smoking room but the caked in nicotine smell was terrible. There were times we had to keep the door open to let fresh air in.

Owned by Astronauts

An older hotel, once owned by astronauts in the 60’s. But nice for the price. Standard breakfast fare and nice location for visiting NASA, beach, parks, and cruise port. Quieter than hotels closer to the port and pet friendly.

When i checked in the lady was ok but she was unprofessional on her phone while checking me in. The bathtub was clogged so i couldn't shower. I was told tyey would send someone to check it out and switch my room. Needless to say. I checked out a day early due to never getting the tub unclogged.

We started off with getting key cards that didn’t work. Apparently we were given cards that were outdated. I rented two rooms and my daughter and son in law’s was filthy. There was urine on the toilet seat. The room was not cleaned in quite a while with all the dust around. The second day our key cards didn’t work. We have pictures to provide but am waiting to deal with corporate to get some kind of a refund for that room. Paid a lot of money to be dissatisfied.
