Smoke detector missing from celing mount with wires hanging, no unit to be found, severe mold smell throughout room, no toilet paper cylinder mount on wall in bathroom, bathroom wall peeling. Sadly short staffed,no fault of agent. Lady at check in was kind but please don't announce room numbers to guests checking in while others are in line for privacy. Thankfully only 1 night stay or would check out and find other accommodations. A bit on the low end for even a Motel 6.

This is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. The comforters on both beds were stained. The entire room smelled of mold ver strongly, so much that our clothes smelled like mold too. The bathroom door veneer was ripped half off, exposing the particle board underneath.

The staff was rude to customers. There were no clean towels in any room. People came back after each check in to get them. Bathtub wouldn’t drain. Dusty outdated rooms. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

The lady at the friendly and helpful. The room was nice and it was close to the beach and mini golf. The only thing is the door in the bathroom was damaged like somebody punched it

Registration was about the only positive part of this stay. I evacuated to Cocoa Beach from the west coast due to Hurricane Milton. I was disappointed in the room on arrival. It was dusty and I found hairs on the sink. I thought there would be a small fridge. One of my biggest complaints is the lack of communication from the motel staff to the guests. A tornado warning was issued to the area & in fact, made landfall across the motel property. No attempt was made to make guests aware of the imminent danger nor checks on welfare of guests. The motel lost power due to high winds. There was never any communication about estimated length of time we’d be without electricity-a/c, tv, etc. I was not offered any clean towels or any servicing of room during my 3 night stay. Upon checking out I asked the clerk if guests who endured several days without power, etc would be offered a discount or credit. I was told he didn’t know & suggested I call when the manager would be there. Overall a very unsatisfying and disappointing stay.

Went there to escape a hurricane that was suppose to hit Clearwater FL and instead a tornado hit right next to the motel and motel had no power for almost my entire stay. I hope corporate or the local motel will reimburse my credit card. The carpets in unit were wet and damp and the walls as well. We had a very miserable time.
