Nothing to like except possibly the pool. The pool is small and boring but at least decently clean Everything else is disgustingly dirty. Nothing works. You have to call and request for cleanings. You have to call and request for the WiFi. Their phrase is literally “call maintenance” Our last night the couple next door were highly intoxicated and fighting. Screaming and yelling. Pounding on walls and doors. Front staff didn’t answer phone calls so I had to call the police. They ended up arresting the male. When I asked for a refund they said we can do $100 maybe $200 I had to constantly fight with them. Will never go back or recommend!’

Everything about it was horrible. Keys that would not work, no housekeeping, dirty and moldy. Police had to be called because front desk was not answering their phone due to domestic issues next to us. Smoking on property by staff and guest when there is a non smoking on property. No WiFi, no tv . In order to get WiFi and tv we were told to call maintenance. Lack of notes were put in when Lou said they were there. Stay away!!!

We just needed one night at a hotel to rest, and I decided to come here. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with so much kindness from the sweet lady at the front desk. We got our complimentary drinks (which were SO good) and explored. The pool is so cute, they play movies on it at night. The room was very clean, kind of dated but honestly didn’t mind because we weren’t in the room much. The beds are comfy though & the breakfast is super good! Just the overall location/friendliness is enough to make us come back. This was our first time in Cocoa Beach and we had an amazing time and Beachside definitely exceeded our expectations.

Great location, filthy room floors.

This was our 2nd time there and it seems like it's going downhill. There is no way the room floor has been mopped in weeks. Walking barefoot inside the room was impossible and nasty. I had to go to the supermarket to get cleaning stuff. There is a definite roach problem as well. The outside grounds look ok, faily clean, but water puddles on the hallways can be a pain. The staff is absolutely amazing, though. Everyone from the front desk, to the bar, to the room staff and chief engineer, all are top notch. Very helpful in every issue we had. Pull out couch matress is pretty bad, even for kids, they barely slept. Pool was great, a little crowded but that expected with the size. Bar food and drinks were average. Great location, plenty to do/see/buy/eat around.

I had to leave a review because I read so many ridiculous complaints in the previous reviews. This place was so good for the price. The fact that they serve breakfast and have a decent restaurant on site means you don’t ever have to leave the property. The free beach, umbrellas and buggy bicycles, etc. were such a treat the pool and lazy river was amazing. The room was updated. The beds were clean and comfortable of course nothing is ever going to be perfect but for the affordable price, this place was amazing. Very impressed and only like a two minute walk to the beach not bad at all and could still see the ocean from the room, even though not technically on the beach. This will definitely be my go to hotel every time I visit Cocoa I didn’t experience any of the negatives mention and other reviews, although everyone’s experience is different mine with my two babies was great.

This property continues to impress, from the amazing staff, good food and cold beer at the Duck Dive, close proximity to the beach, the lazy river and above all else.....clean, not fancy, but clean rooms. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

The staff was awesome. The exterior rooms are a bit noisy due to street traffic and other people checking in and the curtains don’t block out about light, but it was a cute place and a comfy room.
