This property is a gem in plain sight. Cute place with great staff and a short walk across the dunes trail to the beach. Nice swimming pool area and clean rooms for a great price. We were pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend it!

I arrived just before 12 with a migraine and asked to sit in the quiet room next to the lobby until my room was ready. The sweet lady at the front desk offered me water and an ice pack, and switched my room so I could check in immediately. I was so grateful as this prevented my migraine from escalating any further. As well, the banana bread at the morning breakfast was some of the best I’ve EVER had!!

Very healthy breakfast options. Beautiful property in equally nice surroundings. Perfect for one or two nights. Fridge and wardrobe facilities would make all the difference and allow a longer stay

Great boutique type hotel. The staff were very accommodating when we had an issue. Wine and cheese served from 5-6pm each night where we met several nice couples. The rooms do not have refrigerators and one side of the hotel does not have an elevator. The room was clean and I can't say enough about the staff which makes this hotel a cut above the rest

Absolutely perfect! Love the adult only aspect. All staff were so gracious and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and home cooked, the lady serving was so helpful and friendly. We will most certainly go back to Cocoa Beach for this quaint, boutique hotel.

We got there early and they said our room wasn't "quite" ready yet, perfectly understandable as it was only 11 am, we said that's fine we have friends in room 103 we'll go hang out with them until our room is ready, within minutes our friends phone rings, you're room is ready we're putting you in 104 so you can be with your friends! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, ours had a cute patio overlooking the pool area, perfect, we hung out by the pool and took a quick walk to the beach across the parking lot behind the resort, next we went to lunch which was walkable, there's tons of stores and food options without needing a car, then when we came back they had a wine and cheese hour we enjoyed very much, there's no coffee in the room but they have coffee in the lobby and a "honor bar" the honor bar consists of a variety of wine, beer, cocktails, soft drinks, bottled waters and snacks that you charge to your room. Very reasonably priced and convenient, next morning we had breakfast which consisted of coffee, juice, muffins and quiches and boil your own eggs...it was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating, would recommend
