The carpet in hallways were really dirty and the biggest downside, was the windows only had really thin see through curtains. You can stand in the parking lot and see right into everyone’s rooms. We ended up hanging a cover over our window. The staff was really nice and helpful.

I would definitely come back! Absolutely the nicest staff, very helpful and friendly. Clean, great breakfast, just overall fantastic! Lovely pool and hot tub. If anything slightly negative to say-it could maybe use some updates here and there but nothing that would stop me from going back! Loved it!!

Easy pit stop and friendly service
The staff was a little short handed but handled everything with a smile. Especially the desk clerk. Phenomenal attitude and very friendly. The hotel is well used and loved. There were lots of pre and post cruise passengers in and out over the weekend. Nothing unexpected and nothing disappointing. The rates were a little high for the comfort and condition of the hotel. The entertainment system (televisions) is awful. Hard to find what you’re looking for and unstable connection. We ended up watching a football game on our iPads. But other than that the place was clean and easy to get to from 95.
