Good choice for basic accommodations; not fancy but more affordable than many others in the area. Clean room and comfortable beds. Breakfast consists of pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches to heat in the microwave, yogurt cups or packaged muffins and granola bars. Fruit bowl with the usual bananas, apples, etc. Friendly staff.

Steve who checked us in was super. Then it went downhill from there. No toiletries except a crumbled bar of soap in shower. No TV satellite which means NO TV all evening. We brought 2 dogs so couldn’t leave the room. Air conditioner barely worked so didn’t sleep well. Told all issues to a different guy at desk at checkout and he basically told me “Oh well, sorry to hear that.” My husband went to talk to him about how uncomfortable that room was (because he sure didn’t care about what I had to say) and told him to quit complaining. My husband had cussed while expressing and he didn’t like it but my husband apologized. He didn’t sleep in the hot room. This guy told him to quit complaining or he’s going to physically get up and remove him from the property and call the police. Then told him he had five minutes to get off the property. NO CUSTOMER SHOULD EVER BE TREATED IN THAT MANNER. I want a refund!!!!

Beartooth Inn.
The staff was very pleasant and professional. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator and I was in the second floor. He offered to help with my luggage which was very nice, however I was able to handle it myself. Room comfortable, only complaint was there was popcorn under the bed, I’m sure an easy thing for housekeeping to miss. Continental breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, a nice stay and easy 2 minute drive to airport. I would stay there again. Definitely a good price.

The stay was fine. Twenty years ago it was a nice hotel, but there has been little upkeep and things are falling apart. Eg. doors were difficult to shut, toilet not always flushing properly, holes developing in tub.

This is an older property on the edge of Cody. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff friendly. The AC didn’t work in our 1st room but we were given another room without any fuss. Breakfast was limited, mostly prepackaged pastries and doughnuts. We did need to drive into Cody to eat.

The carpet was dirty and badly needed to be clean. There were not chain security locks on the doors. The door key would not work on the door to the outside so we had to come into the room via the lobby hall. Also the outside door was very hard to open and close. The staff we very nice,

The girl at the desk was nice enough. Nice to pull up to the door of room. Furnishings old. Rip in sheet. Tried using washer and it was already in a spin cycle before it was full of water and didn't desolve my detergent pods. The cycle was set to warm and water was cold. The person using the dryer in front of me did two cycles on a very small load and the clothes were still soaked. I left with two full bags of wet clothes and had 4 more days of my trip...very disappointing! The hot tub was barely lukewarm, broken jets and a whole lot of sand on the floor. They had a take and go breakfast including breakfast sandwiches which was about the best part of the stay. A bit out of town. I would only stay here if nothing else at this price available.

Confortable room. Outside door locks so cannot get in from outside which is great to load and unload car however it was not in good shape. There is whirlpool. Jets dont work and handrail was wobbly and no safety tread on steps. As an older patron the wobbly handrail and tread worn off in steps was a concern but grandchild enjoyed. Breakfast room small but was adequate.
