Take anti biotics

I am a very frequent traveler and this was the second to worst hotel room I have ever stayed in in my life. The room itself smelled like urine, the bathroom like body odor. I put hangers in my window sill because the lock was broke and it would glide open in the wind. The carpets looked like a murder scene, fortunately I had enough blankets in my car to make a nest so I didn’t have to touch anything. I would have stayed in my vehicle instead of the room but there were too many “guests” outside smoking marijuana. I am going to need a few rounds of anti biotics after my stay. Horrific.

Not what we expect from Super 8. Bathroom door hanging from one hinge, lukewarm shower at its warmest, low quality bed linens and blankets, nonworking lamp, stained and dingy bathroom counter. Very disappointing experience for our money, and we are not picky people.

You sold me a room that says it "sleeps 5". HOW DO 2 QUEEN BEDS sleep 5 people? I paid extra , so that we would have an extra couch of something. And the mistake lies with Expedia!!!

Breakfast selection is very limited. Room are moderately clean. After the second day we quit asking to have the drain in the tub serviced so that it drained and we were not standing in dirty bathwater.

Terrible service. Poor property with a high price

It started with us having to change rooms because the toilet wouldn’t flush. They didn’t want to switch and then tried to fix it, said it was fixed and then still didn’t work. We finally got a new room and then we could hear the staff arguing about it when we were in the hall. Terrible service.

The front desk employee is really rude and unfriendly. He should just quit if he doesn’t like his job. Terrible breakfast. I ask the same rude guy at front desk about waffles. He looks at me mad and said 5 minutes. After more than 5 minutes he showed up grab an old container of waffles butter out in the fridge almost 1/4 full left. Serve it to us. 😢

The good - Replaced towels daily, daily cleaning of bath room. The bad - the receptionist is not welcoming and sometimes very rude, very light breakfast, room only has table lights.
