The towel bar fell off the wall, sliced open my toe, and the hotel offered my husband 2 bandaids when he want down to the front desk to get a first aid kit, and pit in a maintenance ticket. I went to the front desk, the lady looked at my bleeding toe, gagged and offered me 2 trauma pads, then said, i hope youre ok! I put in a maintenance ticket!

This property is overrated. They DO NOT provide service until the third day. Tiny, tiny bottles of soap and shampoo. Only two provided. Pool had oil and debris. Overheard other guests say they would NOT go in. Mold around the shower tub. Old bedding. The faucet in the sink was spraying water all over if turned on high. Shower head was good but trickiling water. Exhorbitant Rates. A Customer was yelling at front desk about the rate. Scarry to go in the elevator - old and creaking and dirty.

The property itself was nice for its price-point, especially with free parking and a continental breakfast. The adjacent area wasn’t the best, but we had no issues. My biggest complaint was the lighting in the room. All lamps and overhead lights are cold bright white, which felt like a hospital. The toilet paper was pretty terrible as well. Other than that it was a great stay.

First, the hotel is pet friendly so I immediately smelled that animals were in the room. The staff were awesome and friendly and helped out when my biggest issue happened. I had to call the front desk at 11 pm when kids were running up and down the halls upstairs.

There are two sides in the hotel not clarified by expedia. Mostly clean, pink around bathtub molding, bathtub finish is peeling off. Two towel for 4 people. Learned they clean rooms every 5 days unless requested. I submitted a request and the room still wasn’t cleaned. When i went to Get clean towels since the room wasn't serviced, they only had 2 to give. Pool was ok. Hot tub jets weak. Breakfast just okay.
