I was hurting the room. They were very rude. They overcharged me four different times still waiting for $160 refund try to charge me for a service animal manager hung up on me. It was very rude. Horrible stay would never stay

NO Elevator

Room on second floor with no elevator!!! Had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs at the age of 77. Would not have booked if I had known that they had no elevator.

Good deal, clean and comfortable

I would describe the hotel as “no-frills” but it was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I really liked the cookies. The outside of the hotel is dated but the rooms are nice. The location is close to the main part of town.

Our family of four (with two boys ages 14 and 12) stayed one night in the Coeur d'Alene Days Inn in mid-July. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was great - a quick drive to the downtown area and well-connected to walking/jogging. Check in was fast and easy, we loved the complimentary cookies and popcorn. Complimentary coffee and breakfast was good - although with fewer options than we might have preferred (it was really just biscuits, gravy, and sausage as hot options with cereal and yogurt as other choices). The room has a couple minor issues - the AC seemed to be leaking water (presumably condensate) so the carpet was damp around it, and we couldn't get the remote for the t.v. to work. To be fair to the hotel, we didn't consider either of these issues to be a major problem and didn't report them except on a comment card - we just preferred to stay in the room as-is rather than deal with the hassle of having them addressed. Presumably this stuff isn't a problem in every room. We'd stay there again.
