Great quality. Nicest folks at every level- front desk, Thomas- so kind and helpful. Suzi- amazing breakfast gal, working so hard and super sweet with our kids. Only wish they had a tip jar out for her instead of the QR code card because I think a lot more people would tip. Overall a great stay. Awesome pool area. Late check out. Will stay again!

Great staff, everyone was very friendly. We had a couple issues with our room and they fixed one but I think some miscommunication happened and the pullout bed never got addressed. Getting in and out of the property is tricky. However, the location is great and we were close to the lake and Silverwood.

I’ve accidentally booked this place twice thinking it was the one with the bears. This place is horrible, the pool is never open and if it is it’s freezing. The staff are exactly what you would not want in staff. If I could I would cancel my stay now and go to motel 6. Be very mindful when booking this place, you’ll be beyond disappointed. I am!
