AC was broken. Sweltering heat for a couple nights. Spoke with desk agent who reassured me management would DEFINITELY follow up. It has been over a week and I have still not heard back from management.

This property was a safe place for family. We accidentally left our driver window down when we stayed the night and nothing was bothered in our vehicle. So definitely a secure and trustworthy place.

Location is good - close enough to restaurants and fairgrounds. Room was NOT completely clean. Salt and water ring (from a glass?) were on top of the refrigerator. Lining around shower wasn't clean. Hotel lobby had dirty floor - just needed more frequent vacuuming. Bed and pillows were comfortable and everything else seemed clean. We could hear clomping footsteps from the room above us whenever the room was occupied.

The staff needs more customer service training because they seem to know very little information to help customers in different situations. Manager was helpful and nice when I spoke with him.

We stayed one night it was alright except the included morning breakfast we arrived one half hour before closing and the food was almost gone. What i saw was one poor overwhelmed lady trying to feed a very full Hotel full guests with no extra help the odds were against her. with a fully booked hotel the planning by the manager could have been better.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. How ever there was a nail sticking up in the middle of the floor and almost cut my foot twice. I had complained about it twice and no one came to fix it. I finally had to find a hammer and fix it my self before someone got hurt on the nail.

Our only real complaint was breakfast. Everything is gone before getting any. Quality of the food was pretty nasty. No bagels and only oranges for fruit. Cereal always gone. Road noise through the windows was crazy. Definitely need to upgrade windows.
