The staff at this property was very unhelpful. With a booking reservation issue. I ended up spending the better part of three hours with customer service for Travelocity. Travelocity customer service was spot on and helped me in every way possible but ultimately the staff at the hotel was unwilling or unable to confirm the reservation that Travelocity had and confirmed. The room smelled like an ashtray and they would not let me change rooms or give me a refund so I was stuck. I could’ve left, but I didn’t feel like paying for another hotel and a couple of the staff members themselves said the room was horrible smell.

Run down hotel full of Mold, rooms dirty, bed sheets dirty, staff very rude, manager Patti never calls back. There was guests yelling asking for manager and wanted their money back. It’s the worst hotel I have ever been too. 4 other guests were complaining.

First room had a huge blood stain on matress. The girl at the front counter was super nice and tried her best. Had to call manager to get approval to switch rooms. Manager was beyond rude, tried to tell me the bed was made perfectly. Sure was, but matress was nasty and room smelled like old cigarettes. Was able to switch but was told if i didnt like this room i could leave the property, with no refund. Second room was fine. But manager was so rude.

Bathroom floor was leaking fluids through the vinyl cracks. Appliances weren't working, breakfast were serve cold (which is why I tried to heat it up in the microwave but it wasn't working and then I asked the front desk simply to be told "doesn't work."...) Staff would yell down the hall at each other regardless of time of day from 9[m to as early as 4am I will not stay here again and I do not recommend for anyone who wants to relax or have a hot breakfast accommodations.
